Description/Condition

BOAT SHOW SPECIAL, OWNER WANTS SOLD!

Uniflite build-quality (no blisters!) with roomy two-cabin layout for ultimate live-ability - a truly "comfortable" NW cruiser!  Both forepeak and master staterooms have their own en-suite heads with separate showerstalls.  Unique two-level salon (galley down but out-in-the-open); rich blue tones in all-Sunbrella fabrics and in carpeting.  Aft entertaining deck fully carpeted; so is the fully-enclosed flybridge!

Outstanding maintenance, and continual upgrading ensure a ready-to-go cruiser... Nearly all systems are recently rebuilt or NEW -- full rebuilds on Detroit 6-71 mains in 2008, only 238 hours since; NEW Onan 9kW generator in 2009; all batteries new in 2011 and 2012; NEW Xantrex 2kW inverter and separate engine/genset charger in 2012.  Spectra Watermaker,  Diesel Hydronic heat, Separate household-size washer and dryer,  On-deck 12v marine chest-freezer.  Avon Inflatable on SeaWise electric lift.  New C-series Raymarine Radar-Chartplotter, also Laptop-navigation hookup, with transferable Nobeltec software.... This boat is READY to cruise, in classic elegance.

Walkthru

Easy entry from dock to swim-platform, since the SeaWise electric dinghy hoist leaves the platform totally clear to port... and keeps the Suzuki outboard vertical as the Avon RIB tilts up.  Three wide ladder-steps are followed by three gentle-slope stairs up onto the aft deck... eliminating hatches to protrude on this flat aft-deck, these entry stairs lift up as the emergency-egress from the aft stateroom below!  Since this boat has been  kept under-cover, the aft-deck, the steps to side-decks and the flybridge are all carpeted in edge-bound grey berber.  Aft deck is surrounded by teak-capped railings supporting clear plexiglass windbreaks for good visibility aft, and opaque "modesty panels" on each side.  Outside dining at the round teak table surrounded by four "steamer" style solid-teak chairs (two more matching chairs in salon below...); igloo ice-chest, and 12v chest-freezer with seating cushion.

Up gentle-slope stairs (not a ladder!) to fully-enclosed flybridge with four "smiley" zip-open vent-panels in the clear isinglass.   Seating on two vinyl-upholstered swivel helmseats with armrests, a lounging settee to port (with angle-back reading support at forward end) and continuation into L-shaped settee along aft edge of bridge.  Storage under settees and in flybridge cowl.  Note radar arch folds down at the push of a button, using canvas-covered electric screw jacks, for docking in low-clearance covered moorages.

SSTL safety-railings are continuous to bow-pulpit, except for chain-entry either side.  The forepeak deck-hatch is fiberglass molded to the contour of the trunk-cabin; there are two additional aluminum-framed deck-hatches well-aft on this cabin, over the galley area.  All windows are aluminum-framed, absent corrosion; the tri-panel salon windshield has three electric wipers, and side-windows into salon and into aft cabin are sliders with screens for cabin ventilation. Heavy Danforth-pattern anchor nestled beneath forepeak platform is adequately handled by large vertical shaft Ideal windlass -- all-chain rode.  Four dark-blue fenders are housed in fender-holders along the side-rails.

Entrance to salon from aft deck is via full-height door adjacent to large aft-facing window.  Four carpeted stairs down are flanked to port by balustrade railing and floor-to-overhead grab-post; same balustrade railing at forward end of carpeted salon creates "open" feeling into the galley area three steps down.  Built-in L-shaped settee to port makes into double-bed; a huge chart-table folds down from the overhead above the settee, with its own task-lighting.  Conveniently forward of the settee and chart-table is the lower helm-station.

Remainder of the salon is absent built-in furniture, and is now configured with a hi-lo table with fold-out leaves nestled against the starboard bulkhead;  for inside dining, there's plenty of room to move this into center of salon and set up the total of six teak "steamer" chairs.

"Down" galley is not separated from the salon, but stretches all the way across salon's forward end  under the windshield (bringing in excellent daylight); the safety balustrade railing allows continuing conversation between cook and guests in salon.  Teak and Holly flooring for easy clean-up; counter to port includes inset three-burner electric stove with oven, microwave with outside-vented fan above,  SSTL sink with pull-out faucet, garbage disposal, even instant hot-water spigot!  8 cu-ft vertical fridge with upper freezer door is built-into cabinetry in the passageway toward forepeak.  Across from this compact cooking area is a long L-shaped food-prep counter over built-in household-size separate washer and dryer, even including built-in wine-bottle rack below the upper cabinets.  Cou
