Much sought after VOYAGE 440 Owner's version in excellent condition.  The port hull is decicated for the owner with a large head compartment and separate stall shower, office area, and large sleeping compartment.  A pilot berth is located inboard of the head compartment with access behind the vanity and also from a deck hatch close to the helm.  This makes an excellent "on deck" berth while making a passage as the helmsman can get immediate assistance if ever needed. This adds a safety feature to any passage.  If not used for sleeping, this area can double as a large storage area.
