'Charlie Dee' was originally a Watson Class life boat with the RNLI.  She was built in 1959 and served in various locations on the South & East coasts of England and for a time was stationed at Walmer.  She was decommissioned in 1988 and converted in 1993 to a residential motor yacht.

By Car:
From the A27 take the B2123. Turn right at the first set of traffic lights sign posted Brighton Town Centre, Race Course & Marina Village.  Turn left at the next major set of traffic lights crossing the Race Course & follow the signs for the Marina Village.  Avoid Avoid the multi-storey car park & proceed ahead at the first roundabout.  Proceed ahead again at the second roundabout taking a ticket from the barrier.  Travel along the road & over the lock bridge.  Once over the bridge turn right, our office is the last unit at the end of the building adjacent to the lock.  Please call our office should you require further assistance.

By Rail:
The nearest main line station is Brighton with regular connections to Chichester, Portsmouth & London.

By Air:
Brighton is within easy reach of Heathrow & Gatwick International Airports.  Follow the A23 from Gatwick to Brighton.  Shoreham Airport is available for private light aircraft.
