This 33ft. 1991 Wellcraft St. Tropez has been a fresh water boat for almost it's entire life. It was brought down here to Florida 2 years ago and has had many upgrades since then. A brand new Garmin 740S chartplotter/Sounder was installed along with a Garmin GMR 24 mile HD radar unit, a new 16K BTU CruiseAir A/C system, new Sony AM/FM CD system and new Bomar hatches. The boat comes with low hour Mercruiser fresh water cooled engines and the boat has been owner maintained by a meticoulous pilot with all mechanical systems functioning. She will make a nice family cruiser or nice liveaboard boat for a couple, and is capable of sleeping six pax comfortably for family trips. The St. Tropez comes with a master stateroom forward with a wide double berth and all the way aft on the port side is the large private head with pressurized hot and cold water, vanity, electric toilet and shower. In main salon there are sweeping wrap around windows and a bulkhead free design that makes for a large comfortable cabin area. The salon sofa to port has been extended and offers a bunk that has been added above and behind the backrest. Just aft to starboard from the master stateroom there is a very large convertible dinette that can seat four or sleep two people comfortably. All the way aft to starboard there is a large galley with fridge/freezer, electric/alchol stove, coffee maker, new stainless microwave oven and sink. Topsides features a twin helmseat and large passenger seat forward with a large L-Shaped sofa in the cockpit that comes with a cockpit dining table. There is a large swim platform aft with dive ladder and freshwater shower for rinsing off. The cockpit has plenty of storage space and lockers for all your gear. |
