The boatsbank portion of the Boats.com website ("Boatsbank site") is owned by Dominion Enterprises ("Boats.com"). Your use of the Boatsbank site is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below ("Boatsbank Terms of Use"). Please read them carefully. By using the Boatsbank site you agree to be bound by the Boats.com Terms of Use accessible by clicking here Boats.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to revise such terms at any time. A link to revisions will be posted at the home page of the Boats.com site and it is your responsibility to check that page regularly to learn about the revisions. By continued use of the Boatsbank site, you agree to be bound by those revisions. Services
The Boatsbank site offers services that assist users seeking financing and refinancing for new and pre-owned boats and new boat engines. Financing and refinancing offered through this website are provided, not by Boats.com, but by participating lenders in conjunction with their affiliates and/or third party financing partners ("Participating Lenders"). Boats.com is not a lender and does not review loan applications, establish rates, or make loans, commitments or credit decisions. Boats.com is not an agent of users of the Boatsbank site or of any of the Participating Lenders. Boats.com does not endorse the products or services of any particular Participating Lender and its services are administrative only. The services offered on the Boatsbank site are intended to give users an opportunity to communicate online with the Participating Lenders regarding the financing process. The terms and conditions of financing and execution of any financing agreement will be arranged by traditional, paper-based means either through a dealer, if selected, or through a representative of one of the Participating Lenders, who will work with applicant off-line to obtain additional information, signatures, complete the necessary title or documentation work, and disburse the financing. Participating Lenders may require that you take additional steps prior to entering into a written financing arrangement, such as providing additional information or paying fees for a credit report, appraisal or other services provided by the Participating Lenders. You should ask the Participating Lenders for information or details about the applicability of these requirements or fees.

Boats.com does not charge you, the consumer, any fees for the Services provided on the Boatsbank site. Boats.com receives its compensation, which varies by product, from Participating Lenders and your use of this site constitutes your agreement with this arrangement. Boats.com and the Participating Lenders reserve the right to discontinue, suspend or terminate any of the services on the Boatsbank site. Boats.com does not guarantee that the terms or rates made available by Participating Lenders to users of the Boatsbank site are the best terms or lowest rates available in the market. Nothing on the Boatsbank site constitutes an offer for a loan commitment, an interest rate lock-in agreement, or a commitment of any kind.

Application Restrictions
To apply for financing you must be: (i) at least 18 years old; and (ii) a U.S. citizen/legal resident. The Participating Lenders do not at this time offer financing to residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico. In addition, documentation is required on all vessels valued at more than $100,000. Certain collateral and other restrictions may apply. All loan requests are subject to credit approval. Ask your Participating Lender for complete details about financing terms and conditions and any restrictions that may apply to you.

THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ON THE BOATSBANK SITE DO NOT CONSTITUTE AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION TO ANYONE IN ANY JURISDICTION IN WHICH SUCH AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION IS PROHIBITED OR TO ANY PERSON TO WHOM IT IS UNLAWFUL TO MAKE SUCH AN OFFER OR SOLICITATION.

Boatsbank Privacy

All right, title and interest to the content displayed on the Boatsbank site, including but not limited to its look and feel, data, information, text, graphics, images, sound or video materials, designs, trademarks, service marks, trade names and the URL ("Content"), is the property of Boats.com. Other names and marks used are those of Boatsbankaffiliates, and/or Participating Lenders, agents or third parties.

No Representations or Warranties
From time to time, the Boatsbank site may include inaccuracies, incomplete or outdated information, defects, omissions and/or other errors. Neither Boats.com nor the Participating Lenders make any representations or warranties of any kind regarding the content of the Boatsbank site or regarding the services or products offered through the Boatsbank site. Boats.com reserves the right to delete, add to, or modify the information displayed on the Boatsbank site at any time, without notice.
