It's time for a bigger boat.  This boat has taken me to every harbor on Lake Huron and 13 trips to the North Channel and Georgian Bay. This boat is not a fixer upper. It is ready to run the roughly 170 to 200 nautical miles to the North Channel, Georgian Bay or any other destination within 120 nautical miles with a 52 nautical mile reserve. Everything on the boat has been up graded or replaced.  The only original components are wiring to the running lights, the wiring to the lights in the v-berth, the refrigerator and one overhead light mounted in the headliner . Re-powered in 2004 -315 LPA STP Yanmar by Niemiec Marine & Chauncey Creek boats http://www.chaunceycreekboats.com/. I have the original receipts for the repower over $36,000.00 bow thruster, electric windless wench, 150' 1/2 high test chain, replaced propeller shat, replaced propeller cutlass bearing, replaced drip-less shaft, new trim tabs, fuel tank replaced 04, added two 17 gal. tanks in cock pit to extend range, total fuel 105 gallons 06, back up propeller, 2 VHF, Radar, 2 GPS, replaced circuit pannel, replaced head liner, 3 windshield wipers new Raritan PHII head, new hot water heater new holding tank, new airconditioning/heat, new Procharge battery charger - works with modified sin wave of Honda generator Honda 2000 generator, Sunbrella curtains, Sunbrella windshield covers, aft cockpit sun cover, new transmission new motor mounts, custom 316 stainless - hand rails, customer 316 stainless hard top rack for Kayaks crazing decks refinished with Algrip non-skid, all hoses and belts replaced 2015, The boat easily cruises at 12-13 knots at 3100-3300 and will run up to 19 knots at WOT- at 12-13 knots it burns 7 to 8 gallons per hour.  There are greater fuel economies at true semi-displacement speeds. If you need to move out in front of weather you have that option. At 3400 it will run to 14-15 knots.  According to Yanmar continuous duty on this engine is 3600. 15-16 knots. I never run the fast. The engine will run to full rpm with a full load. The engine now has something like 1100 hours Best of all, the boat was only in salt water 2 years after the repower. I took possession at 130 hours . Since 2006, for the last 11 years the boat has been in the Great Lakes. In 2005 the boat was surveyed at $73,200.00. I have most of the receipts for service replacements parts.
