This well maintained, �fresh water only� H356 was chosen as the �Boat of the Year� in 2002 by Sail Magazine and �Oh Real-l-ly?� is a first class example. Inside the warm teak bulkheads, cabinetry and trim shine, the rich blue upholstery is in near new condition, there are Corian counter tops in the galley and head vanity area, Teak and Holly hardwood cabin soles flooring and accordion curtains and accents. A few steps down from the companionway is the starboard side galley and behind the galley is the entrance to the aft stateroom. The aft stateroom features a queen size berth with storage under, cedar-lined hanging locker, drawer and shelf storage.
