Broker Comments
The First 40.7 is a successful cruiser racer with a strong following. This particular boat was built to the 2000 specification with a 3 spreader rig and 2.4m keel and therefore performs well both cruising and racing. The yacht has been chartered successfully and requires some general maintenance but is a good sound boat which was fully charter coded before coming ashore for the 2012 winter season.
