We all know large ships are restricted in their ability to maneuver, but how do you avoid one that backs into your marina dock? Watch what happened when the bulk carrier Cyprus Cement tries to turn near this Norwegian marina. It smashes into boat after boat as it reverses and then tries to move forwards, causing yet more damage.
Apparently Cyprus Cement encountered some sort of propulsion issue when she left port. Whatever the cause, the result is a real mess, as the huge ship ends up destroying most of the boats in Trondheim's Levanger Marina.
Was it the tug that had a problem? Was the ship's rudder stuck? Maybe the captain should've watched our video explaining How to Dock a Powerboat.
