Hallberg Rassy's have set the standard for the most seaworthy and best built "Bluewater" vessel in production today. She comes complete with CE-A Ocean certificate, few vessels built today are able to meet these rigid qualifications.

UNDINE is a 2003 43'  Hallberg Rassy Sloop with the preferred 5'10" reduced draft, designed by the renowned German Frers. She is easily handled by a couple due to her leisure furl boom and furling headsails, and Lewmar 58 S.T. electric winches. She also has the larger 76 hp Volvo diesel, over the standard 55 hp.

Other impressive features include all new 2014 Raymarine electronics, Bow Thruster, a 2016 Sunbrella Dodger, Dual action windlass, 5kw generator, air conditioning and heat as well as Webasto heat, cockpit enclosure and bimini, and much more.

VESSEL DETAILS

HULL & DECK:

  • White gelcoat on hull, with white trunk cabin, blue sheer stripe, boot and coaming stripes.

  • Reduced draft (5'10") is an external lead bulb keel bolted on with S/S keel bolts.

  • Ballast: 10,500 lbs external lead bulb keel.
  • The hull and deck are insulated with closed cell foam.

  • 2008 bottom blasted to gelcoat with 3 new epoxy barrier coats applied prior to bottom paint.

  • Fiberglass decks and trunk cabin top are overlaid with laid and caulked and screwed teak decks, all in excellent condition.

  • Varnished teak caprail on a raised bulwark for very safe side decks; teak handrails on trunk cabin top.

  • Molded-in hull rubrail capped with S/S half-round to protect the hull.

  • S/S bow and stern rails, and S/S stanchions with S/S wire double lifelines with port, starboard, and aft gates.

  • There is an integrated swim platform on the transom with a S/S stern ladder for easy boarding.

  • UNDINE Has a 2016 Hallberg Rassy light gray Sunbrella cockpit Dodger with cover to protect it.

  • Textaline cover to cover windshield; also, light gray Bimini.

  • Under the Dodger are port and starboard chart tables to lay out a chart.

  • The cockpit sole is covered by a teak grate and there are two large cockpit drains under.

Holding: 2017 new S/S tanks with new hoses in forward head. One S/S tank for aft head (approximately 15 gallons each).

Hot Water: 10 gallons in insulated tank, both off engine and 110V.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

  • For seven in three cabins with two heads, with separate shower; 6'5" headroom throughout the cabin with 6' in the passageway.

  • UNDINE is finished in a very attractive satin varnished mahogany interior.

  • The cabin sole is varnished teak and holly with fitted beige carpet over and snapped down.

  • Main salon berth settees are covered in Teal-colored Ultrasuede.

  • There are mahogany hand-holds well placed in each cabin, as well as LED lights and reading lights throughout; mood lighting is located under the salon valances.

  • There are numerous bookshelves, and storage lockers; also, hanging lockers with automatic lights. These locker doors and trim are finished in varnished mahogany, and have ventilators built-in above the door openings.

  • White curtains are fitted on all side ports. All 4 deck hatches have Ocean Air shades and fitted screens.

  • There are five Hella turbo fans.

 

FORWARD STATEROOM:

  • There is a comfortable Vee berth with filler forward with enormous storage under each berth, for sail storage etc.

  • Numerous lockers are above and outboard of the vee berths.

  • The forward head compartment has an electric Jabsco W.C., china sink, white laminate surfaces, and a large separate stall shower with teak grating and hinged acrylic shower door.Each head has a built-in 12V macerator pump for overboard discharge with y-valve and also deck pumpout.

  •  There is a forward hatch awning with rain catcher.

 

MAIN SALON:

  • Main salon has an L-shaped dinette to port with a lovely varnished mahogany drop leaf table on the centerline with a liquor cabinet built-in to the table.

  • To starboard is a 6'6" long straight settee. Both settee backrests lift up to provide wider berth for starboard bunk, with a reading light.

  • Cabinets and bookshelves are above each berth.

 

GALLEY:

  • A U-shaped galley is to starboard of the companionway ladder, and is an ideal, safe, sea-going galley.

  • Galley appliances include a top-opening Isotherm keel-cooled 12V refrigerator with 2014 refrigerator controls installed, a Force 10 three burner LPG gimballed stove with oven, with LPG propane solenoid shutoff.

  • There are off-white Corian counters with S/S double sinks, hot and cold pressure water, and manual fresh water and saltwater  foot pumps.

  • Numerous lockers provide for dishes, pots, and dry goods; a storage locker is mounted on the aft bulkhead.

  • There are covers for the sink and stove.

 

NAVIGATION STATION:

  • There is a lift-up chart table; full electronics are displayed at the Nav table (see electronics above) which include SSB & VHF radios, Raymarine radar, chartplotter, multi-instrument display, etc.

  • Four drawers and several additional storage lockers under the chart table.

  • Further aft is an Isotherm top-opening freezer, using 12V Danfoss compressors.

  • A walk-through passageway to the aft cabin has a wet locker, and double removable doors open to the spacious engine room.

 

AFT CABIN:

  • A spacious and comfortable owner's cabin.

  • To starboard is a large double berth; to port is a single berth, and a seat is built-in between.

  • There is a hanging locker, and numerous drawers below.

  • Bookshelves and lockers are outboard of the berths.

  • There is a second ensuite head with electric Jabsco W.C., sink and separate shower with acrylic shower door.

  • Lee cloths are provided for all berths in main salon.
