This is the eagerly awaited, first aft cockpit model touching the 50-foot market that Contest has served so specifically well for many decades with centre cockpit yachts. The all-new model Contest 49CS is already in build and being a Contest extends new levels of comfort and reliability into the open aft cockpit sector. And looking to environmental considerations, options include an all-electric propulsion system, renewable energy sources and teak deck replacement. This completely new and innovative design also brings not only huge leisure areas both forward and aft of the neatly planned inboard twin helms stations, but down below unusually spacious mirrored twin aft cabins, plus large master suite forward. It is a new scale of interior plan, with a three-cabin arrangement perfect for safe, performance family sailing. It also brings the benefits of space for a tender garage as well as a submersible bathing platform.

The Arcona 385 continues to uphold Arcona’s strong heritage of innovation and design excellence, using the finest materials and best craftsmanship without compromising on superior performance through the water. The Arcona 385 is a quick, lightweight and easy-to-manage 11.28m/38foot performance cruiser. Her predecessor, the Arcona 380, was launched in 2013 and has won many racing accolades. The new exterior styling of the Arcona 385 provides increased natural light in the saloon and galley due to the new larger hull windows and new larger coachroof windows. There is also a larger instrument panel above the companionway to incorporate larger instruments for the helm. The Arcona 385 will have an open transom as standard as not only does it allow more light into the cabin, but it also provides even more accessible stowage in the lazarette – a clear refinement from the Arcona 380. The 18.5 metre Contest 59CS with styling from judel/vrolijk & co continues the refreshing modernity running through the evolving Contest line. In order and principle, she follows the popular and much praised Contest 57CS but is longer with near plumb bow and extended, broader stern. Interior levels are raised for direct eyeline and outlook through the panoramic windows, which sit below a smart, newly styled superstructure. The super graceful contours of this go hand in hand with the pacy performance that the new judel/vrolijk modelling brings, including optimised foils and lowered centres of gravity and effort, for both efficiency and sea-kindliness. This all connects with the way of our larger yachts, and continues through to the interior with similar superyacht theme to the furnishings and advanced engineering systems. Intended for friends and family operation, sailing systems and deck management are easily handled, and the varied three and four cabin arrangements enable very personal choice, including workshop and a crew cabin if that is wished.

The 26-metre Contest 85CS clearly demonstrates the strengths in Contest Yachts’ long-term collaboration with world class designers judel/vrolijk & co and Wetzels Brown Partners. Designed for fast passage with powerful, practical, deep-ocean cruising capability, the Contest 85CS is easily sailed, managed and maintained by short-handed crew, and perfectly set both to sail the world and enjoy sailing’s high society. This is our first step into the fully crewed 80+ foot sector and is made in design partnership with celebrated German naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, combining their performance design expertise with our proven, innovative construction practices completed with Lloyds’ plan approval and hull certification. The Contest 85CS will provide for both distance cruising and regatta participation as well as very social sailing, extending the potential for performance cruising of both new and upsizing owners with comfortable capacity for up to ten guests in a customisable interior arrangement.

The ultimate expression of the Pershing thrill. The Pershing 140 is not only Pershing’s first all-aluminum superyacht. It is also the first yacht with a raised helm station directly connected to the sun deck. It is the first to set the area dedicated to the owner on the main deck and is also the first to have a beach area that can open fully on three sides.

A stand out boat in so many ways, the Contest 52MC Fastlane is a spectacularly successful design – especially so as she is Contest Yachts’ first ever motor boat in this league. The press can’t get enough of her, loving her looks and her handling which they say astounds, her innovative, half-planing hull riding as though on rails, tracking straight and staying flat right through the tightest of turns. With power options from twin 350hp to 550hp diesels she’s equally comfortable at 8 or 28 knots, and soft rides through the nastiest chop. And she’s a dry boat, her pronounced spray rails cascading the breaking water away.  The joint creation of longstanding design partner Georg Nissen, the well known boat engineering and designer company Vripack and the yard’s own in-house design team, the 52MC is also an unusually versatile performance platform, available in Flybridge and Open Sport eas well as Fastlane f versions. Interior layouts are customisable, too, building out of a raised saloon and two heads, three sleeping cabin standard plan.
