2) New Lee main sail -loose footed and partial battens)

3) new spectra water maker membrane and new feed pump ( a good spare replacement pump as well)

4)rebuilt chain locker and proper drainage

5) North sail (Antigua) inspect front two sails and restitch uv protector. Report sails in good shape

6)new pump for head toilet

7)new plastic holding tank (45 gallon) and reinstall new macerator pump ( disconnect pump out hose from tank for Caribbean)

8) updated radar screen (old screen poor image)

9)new standard horizon 2150 vhf with AIS receiver ( cockpit mic installed as well)

10) new standard horizon C190 chart plotter integrated with AIS

11) new  raymarine wind, speed and depth instruments installed in cockpit

12)new bora fans inside boat

13) all canvas for cockpit restitch and new windows installed.

14)batteries (6- Trojan and 12v starter) replaced

15)engine raw water pump replaced and new thermostat with housing and appropriate hose replaced

16)all new atkins- hoyle hatch rubbers replaced

17)all external wood refinished with cetol 2016
