Flybridge and Deck

The boat is only a 37' boat but it is coming with a very large flybridge. Helm in the front with captain chairs in the center. Two long bench seats with cushions and large storage spaces.

A large table in between the two benches create a very nice social area to enjoy place entertainment and eating location.

The whole flybridge has a fiberglass hardtop with aluminum frame. 

The designer add a fold down mast with the radar's radome, TV antenna, navigation lights. IT has a boom that can used for a lifting or you can ad a triangular small sail to stabilize the boat in navigation.

The boat has a very strong crane in the extended swim platform so you can load up to a 600 lbs. dinghy.

The deck is all fiberglass from bow to stern. It is very easy of clean (No teak less maintenance).

Electric Windlass chain and rope.

Helms (Inside helm and Flybridge helm)

You will can drive the boat from inside helm or from the flybridge. Both of them are equipped with, GPS, Radar, Autopilot, VHF radio and the engine gauges.

Icom VHF.

Accommodations

She is two Staterooms , two heads with Salon in between. Her wide beam master aft stateroom has a Queen size walk around bed with a full head in the starboard side and the stall shower in the Port side.  Plenty of closet and draws all around. There is a companionway door with removable ladder to the aft deck

The guest stateroom is forward with with privacy door and full head. She has a double berth or you can transform it in twin berth. Plenty of drawers and closet.

The main salon is in port side, it has an L shape settee with a wooden table. In the starboard side is the inside helm station. 

Opposite of the dinette and behind the inside helm is the galley.

The boat has two side sliding doors to port and starboard side.

Galley

The Galley and the Salon have a 360 view with tinted windows. Teak and holly floors and stairs. 

• Refrigerator and freezer AC/DC.

• Insulated, top load self draining ice box (5.2 Cubic inches).
• Three burner SS electric stove/Oven.
• Double SS sink (Deep version)
• Large under sink storage.
• Three overhead cabinets and Four storage drawers.

Guest Stateroom

The Guest stateroom has private door, molded head with shower, vanity , sink and cloth.

Large storage compartment under bunk. It has the head in suite with a stand up shower.

The accommodation can be a double berth bed or a twin berth. It has a over head hatch for ventilation (and as a escape hatch). Two boat window in port and starboard side. 

Galley

The galley is in the salon starboard corner in L shape. It is equipped with :

Three burner electric stove with oven.

Refrigerator and freezer (Double door)

Microwave oven.

Counter top Ice box self draining 5.2 cubic feet.

Double deep sinks.

Three over head Cabinets, large under sinks storage and four storage drawers.

Aft Master Stateroom

The aft master stateroom is very roomy and comfy. It has Queen size island berth, you can walk around the bed easily. The head are molded separately. The head with the toilet and the vanity sink in starboard side and in port side the stall shower. 

Lots of drawers and closet to load with your personal clothes and personal things.

You have a removable ladder in portside to have access to the cockpit from the master stateroom. A very nice detail when you are living aboard.

Engines

Twin Fresh Water Cooled Volvo TAMD 40 165 HP each. Diesel. The gauges shows 801 hours of use. Racon 500 Fuel filter.

Engine-room blower system.

Fuel Capacity 282 Gal. Two aluminum fuel tank.

Generator Kohler 8KW 860 hours of use with sound shield. 

Battery charger for three batteries bank.

50 Amp shore power.

Hydraulic power Steering.

Two Aluminum 75 Gal fresh water tank with balance tube and side tube. 

Water heater 12 Gal.

Bronze Thru-hull sea strainers with sea cocks for main engines and generator.

Halon fire extinguishing system with warning light. Needs to be re-certify.

Nibral propellers 18x12x1,5 3 blades. (two spare new 3 blades props)

1 1/2 SS shafts with dripless stuffing boxes.

Bronze overside rudders.

Protecting fiberglass keel.

16,000 BTUs A/C with reverse cycle in the Guest and salon room (2006).

8,000 BTUs A/C with reverse cycle in the master state-room (2005)
