Description
The Blue Seas 31 is a Royal Lowell design & can be called a trawler, lobster boat or displacement cruiser. Traditional lines on a well built platform give the Blue Seas a timeless look. Birne is Great Lakes used, has a good cruising inventory & is ready to go in Collingwood, Georgian Bay. These boats were all built in Ontario with Birne being built by the original builder-the Blue Seas Boat Co- in Clinton Ontario. The layout is galley, dinette & helm all on the main floor. The large V berth, second single bunk & enclosed head are all steps down & forward.
The cockpit is spacious & has ample room for deck chairs & fishing gear. There is a swim platform with boarding ladder. The foredeck is wide & has a power windlass running the substantial ground tackle included.

The salon has a long galley on the starboard side with a sink with hot & cold pressure water & a propane stove & oven. Lots of storage space. The fridge is opposite the helm station on the port side. The dinette is along the port side. The enclosed head & forward berth are a couple steps down. There is also a bunk on the port side. Lots of lockers. Teak joinery throughout.

The helm station has all the instrument displays. There is a Furuno radar, Standard Horizon CP300I GPS plotter, Wagner autopilot hooked into Wager hydraulic steering. Lowrance depth sounder. knotmeter. VHF radio & stereo system. Bow thruster controls for the Sidepower thruster. Compass.
