Description
Houseboat is ready to go! There is nothing that needs to be done except stock her up and enjoy the water for days on end. Nothing beats not having to head back to the marina and home at the end of a long summers day on the water. The roof is SOLID as you can see, we've had dozens of kids(Adult kids too) on the roof jumping into the water for hours or watching fireworks from the best seat on the lake. Our family has enjoyed this boat every weekend from April - November year after year. Never rented out and treated as our second home for the summers. Boat comes fully furnished and equipped. All you have to do is stock up the fridge and head out on the water.
Currently kept at Lake Anna Marina in a private slip. Annual lease that comes with water and electric hook up included in lease. Boat is transportable with specialty transport company.
