The Albin 28 Tournament Express was designed to be rugged offshore vessel for the "professional fisherman as well as providing accomodations and creature comforts to suit the needs of the cruising family." With a custom aluminum roof over the cockpit, she is well-shaded. She is a clean and well-maintained boat and comes with all the manuals from her original owner. She has been upgraded in 2017 with a Garmin touchscreen chartplotter and radar. In 2019 a Lewmar Pro-Series windlass was added. She uses 30 amp shore power, has A/C and stereo. Dehumidifier comes with her, which has kept her from getting any mold or mildew. She has vinyl enclosures for the pilothouse and a sunshade for the back. Cummins 370 hp diesel engine with 594 hours. Bottom cleaned and painted in December 2019, including bowthruster and prop.

Sleeps three comfortably. Table converts to double berth. Single berth to the side across from the head. Galley includes a microwave. There is a butane single-burner stove and a Norcold DC powered refrigerator. Most of the interior lights have been replaced with LED.
