Bering 85

The Bering 85 is a lucky find. This vessel is almost 26 meters of overall length, which makes her the largest in the class, yet she still meets the “under-24” status. The Bering 85 is the largest pocket-explorer model in the Bering Yachts semi-custom lineup. With a generous beam of 8 meters and a volume of 200 GT, the Bering 85 yacht offers owners a unique combination of comfort, luxury, and capability. Extensive exterior and interior living spaces are found on all three decks, while the full beam master suite takes centre stage on the lower deck – the ideal private retreat after a day of ocean exploration.  

Constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, the Bering 85 has an overall length of 25.9 meters and a waterline of 23.95 meters, falling short of the MCA manning and equipment regulations for 24-meter vessels as well as recent IMO Tier III regulations. Her functionality, however, is that of a true superyacht.

Bering 85 is the ideal long-range expedition vessel. Equipped with sufficient supplies and storage space, she is powered by twin xx diesel engines delivering a top speed of 11 knots and an autonomous range of more than 4,000 nautical miles at 9 knots cruising speed.
