Superior towing ability and classic ski-boat looks make the MasterCraft ProStar 19 Skier a top choice for serious water-skiers.

Boil down the attributes of a serious slalom tow boat to their essence and you're left with a solid pull; small, soft wakes; precise speed control; and crisp handling. Riding on a time-proven hull, the MasterCraft ProStar 19 Skier embodies all these qualities.

The boat's 19-foot, 6-inch-long classic hull with a 7-foot, 1-inch beam provides the ride. Serving up the pull is a fuel-injected, 310-horsepower engine, which is standard power for the 19 Skier. For those who need a little more punch, a 330-horsepower engine is offered.

Although the ProStar 19 Skier has been a staple of the MasterCraft line for years, several features have been added for 2001. The boat now has a two-color interior and a lightweight, honeycomb aluminum seat that converts to a sun pad. All instrumentation is electromechanical. The manufacturer has also upgraded the boat's gelcoat, in addition to adding new graphics.

Load capacity for the 2,600-pound ski boat is nine people or 1,440 pounds. Fuel capacity is 31 gallons.
