Description

 Very Nice and well maintained Cal 31 (famous Bill Lapworth design).  One of the best on the market today and ready to cruise the San Juan Islands right now.  In-mast furled mainsail and roller jib make for easy handling from the cockpit under a brand new dodger.  Adjacent Auto Helm panel allows for under-cover steering during inclement weather.  Relatively new Beta Marine 20 HP diesel helps you manage the notorious Puget Sound tide changes.   New bottom paint applied in summer 2018.  Teak interior is surprisingly roomy for a boat of this length with 6'3" headroom in saloon.  Boat is ready to go with full compliment of safety gear, kitchen and dining supplies and miscellaneous spare parts and enhancements.
