The Herreshoff 31 Cat Ketch has wishbone booms and fiber masts requiring no head sail, no vangs, no stays and no shrouds. She is powered by an upgraded 25hp Universal Diesel.
Upgrades include longer fiberglass mast, Wemac Instruments, custom covers for all varnish, larger rudder, new mattress, masthead strobe, 3 bad feathering prop, and propane stove.
Her design offers a large and open interior that sleeps four. She is a classic Herreshoff that is a dream to sail and is ready for sea trial, survey and sail-away.
The currently owner's health/ age is reason for sale.
Comfortable Mahogany interior with an open layout with out bulkheads and 6'2" headroom, due to the Airex Core hull. There are eight opening ports, split galley with built in Norcold refrigerator a small single burner gimbaled stove, large head, settees port and starboard with dining table and a comfortable V-Berth forward.
