Description
Hey there! This boat has treated us very well as a liveaboard/ weekend cruiser in the Chesapeake Bay area. This is a unique boat with a stayless rig and a great interior layout– basically a floating apartment that can take you anywhere around the Bay or up/down the East Coast. She is set up with solar on the sail arch and can last a few days off grid without a recharge. The boat also comes with a completely enclosed cockpit which will keep you toasty while sailing in the off season or while moored in the winter.
We’ve had a great few years exploring the Chesapeake on this boat - she’s fast but forgiving, and safe/easy to sail short handed since all the lines run to the cockpit. The reason we are selling it is because we bought a larger sailboat for our growing family. Pretty motivated to sell since we did buy a new boat already and would like to only have one slip payment. We are looking to sell before April 1st.

Things new owner may want to fix/ should know:
- Sails are in good condition but old.
- In heavy rain, water leaks through the fixed port window in the bathroom and gathers in the shower.
- Instruments are dated. The one key instrument that doesn’t work is wind speed so we use a portable, wireless anemometer that connects to an app on our phones.
- Boat is ducted for a/c but there is not a unit on the boat currently. We have the specs for one that would fit.
- We plan to haul the boat for one last bottom paint job this spring
