HEALTH CONCERNS FORCE SAILING RETIREMENT
This Swedish built blue water sailing yacht was outfitted from 2014 - 2018 for circumnavigation. This boat has a permit to stay and/or sail in Mexican waters until 2028. Located in a Cancun real estate resort, she is ready to sail away. She is CE certified for unlimited ocean voyages. The hull construction is fully certified by Lloyds. She had a complete bottom job in 2015. She has received $56K in recent upgrades and improvements including a complete engine and generator overhaul in 2017.

Interior and Saloon
Mahogany 2 component matt silk finished interior woodwork. Floor is varnished teak with inlaid holly stripes. Saloon ceiling has paneling with mahogany stripes; remaining areas have lining. Skylight and porthole curtains. The Saloon features a settee to port. Starboard side seating backrest removable for a sleeping berth. Between the seating areas is the dinette table. Headroom is 6'7" in the Saloon. There is a chart table and seat with bookshelf. Electric panel is located left of the nav station. 2-door access to the engine room off the walkthrough. Headroom in walkthough is 5'6". Portside wet locker and cupboards. Heating is via Webasto Airtop 3500 diesel with outlets in Saloon, forward and aft cabins, and heads.
Laminated work surface with fiddle rail. Insulated metal housed 40 liter Cool/Freeze box with Danfoss compressor located in aft Head. Extra deep double sink. Eno Le Gascogne (2017) 3-burner stove/oven, crockery locker, cutlery drawer, bread board, storage for pans, etc. Seawater footpump.
Master Stateroom Aft
Aft cabin has a portside hanging locker and 2 berths. There is stowage above and below, and a seat between berths. Headroom is 6'3". Ventilation via opening port hole. Headroom is 6'1/2". 2014 two health visco foam mattresses.
Aft head is the same as the forward but with a separate shower with seat (reported not functional). Large mirror. Watermaker and Cool/Freezer compressor are located in aft head.
Guest Cabin and Head
The forward cabin is comprised of 2 berths with ample stowage above, below and in lockers. There is a hatch and opening port hole. The headroom is 6'6". Access is available from any part of the boat. Bulkheads and lockers in white laminate. Watertight shower stall, teak grated floor, china wash basin and large mirror. Ventilation though opening port hole and hatch. Headroom is 6'4".
Deck, toerail, cockpit seats, cockpit floor, hand rails for entire superstructure and sided trims are top quality teak. Anchor roller for 50 lb. Delta anchor with 240ft/80m chain. Second aft anchor is a 2017 Fortress FX-23 aluminum 15 lb. anchor with 180 feet of rope stowed in cockpit locker. Electrical windlass. Double lifelines with 4 supports. Genoa and mainsheet tracks with blocks. Self tailing Genoa winches, 2 mainsheet winches. Runners, blocks and winches are Lewmar. Hatches in foredeck, head, saloon and aft cabin. 13 aluminum framed port holes, 11 of which open. SS swan neck fitting by the mast for trouble free cables. Pulpit and pushpit have opening for easy access on board. Cockpit starboard side deck locker and lazarette locker. 2014 Sunbrella Sun/Rain Awning and Cockpit Upholstery. 2016 Magma Gas BBQ. 2016 overhaul of Lofrans winch. 2014 RIB Hypalon 2014 Kato Marine Annapolis stainless steel davits for dinghy and outboard. Aluminum/teak gangway for aft boarding (stowed in cockpit locker). Starboard locker with (2) 17 lb.propane cylinders. Vetus bow thruster with hand steering and with foot controls. Aft stowage locker.
Dry stowage locker to starboard. The sole is teak. Highly varnished folding teak cockpit table. Engine instrumentation panel in steering pedestal. Strong windscreen with opening center section and sprayhood over front of cockpit. The sprayhood is removable. Located on either side of the sliding hatch are teak covered work surfaces for charts, etc. The companionway and cockpit chart tables are varnished. 2 large drains. Bimini (easy foldable). Engine instrumentation panel is on starboard backrest. Navigation displays are over companionway. Autopilot steering panel is on portside backrest. 12v connector. Extendable shower with long hose (starboard backrest).
Mast, Rigging and Sails
Double spreader rig by Selden, Mainsail with inmast-furling reefing. Jib furling and reefing system Selden Furlex. 3 winches, one for reefing, 2 for main and jib halyards. 7 cleats. Hasselfors turnbuckles, aluminum protection tubes by Selden, Lewmar blocks and winches, Windex, anchor light on mast top. 958 SF sail area main with jib. Approximately 980 SF sail area main with genoa. Mainsail replaced 2014. Jib/Genoa replaced 2017. Reacher/Genaker for light wind. Spinaker-pole. Cutterstay (removable) with flying backstay with small strong wind jib.
Engine and Mechanical
Volvo Penta TMD 22, 56kW/76 HP 4 cylinder. Complete overhaul in 2017. Fixed 3 blade prop. Water cooled rubber exhaust pipe. 2 circuit cooling. Hot freshwater circuit led into 40 L insulated hot water tank. 12v engine battery is separate. Cold water filter. SS diesel tank below saloon floor with gauge. Cruising range in calm waters is approx. 620 nautical miles. Overhauled Fisher/Panda generator in 2017. 2014 new watermaker 80 to 100 litres per hour.
