At age 75, and with aging health issues,  I am selling my favorite sailboat.   This sailboat has only been used occasionally by my wife and I or 2 to 3 times per year for 3 to 4 hour day sails in the Marco Island Gulf waters over the past 10 years.   This sailboat has Not been used as a live aboard, so the cabin has hardly been used at all.
