Surfaces in galley and heads in Avonite ‘Argent’ satin finish.
Moulded washbasin set into Avonite surface and Hansgrohe quality mixer taps and pressure-balanced shower hardware in each heads compartment.

SALOON
The saloon is extremely light and airy with seven windows, of which two of the three forward ones open, together with two opening hull portholes, contributing to the great feeling of space and light.
Accessed from the companionway down a set of shaped timber and stainless steel steps with two timber grab handles either side of the opening.
Featuring an oval table and settee area to port with a pair of lockers and central shelf outboard. To starboard is a two-seater settee with large locker forward, which houses the Bosch washer/dryer.
The tabletop is a veneered panel with solid timber edging, which is designed to form an occasional table, when in its closed position. It is mounted on a very substantial pedestal incorporating a bottle locker in its base. The table opens to form an oval dining table and special provision is made for two folding director’s chairs to be stowed under the saloon settee. These provide extra in-harbour seating at the table or even on deck.
A drinks locker located at the forward starboard end of the saloon is laid out with stowage for bottles and glasses.
WASHER/DRYER - Bosch washer/dryer.

NAVIGATION AREA
At the aft end of the saloon, customised around the flush-mounted electronics and navigation equipment in a ’Black’ Alcantara fascia.
The chart table has a small support stay fitted to the lid and can accommodate half-folded Admiralty charts.
Bookshelf for navigational books and almanacs.
AC and DC electrical panels are located behind the navigator’s seat.

GALLEY
The galley is located to the port of the main companionway, forward of the aft cabin.
Avonite galley work surfaces with upstands and stainless steel basin inserts.
Large rubbish bin fitted inside locker door adjacent to sinks.
Stowage provided for crockery.
Fisher and Paykel dish drawer.
Icemaker.
Four side-by-side lockers, hinged on aft edge. Forward lower locker houses icemaker with two pull out baskets above. Aft two lockers have fixed mid-height shelf.
SINKS - Twin stainless steel sinks.
COOKER/HOB - Gimballed Force 10 FT63451 stainless steel cooker with 4 burners, grill and oven, all protected by a flame failure gas cut-off device. Cooker incorporates an electronic ignition system for all functions.
Heavy gauge fiddle rail fitted around the top of the cooker, which incorporates a pair of adjustable clamping pan-holders. A harbour lock and cooker crash bar are fitted.
An electric gas solenoid valve controls the gas flow from the bottle and is operated remotely by a neon switch near the cooker.
REFRIGERATOR - Frigomatic 24V keel-cooled front opening refrigerator with stainless steel door and automatic door light. (Frigomatic service 2017).
FREEZER - Frigomatic W50 water-cooled twin compressor with twin plate for top opening freezer box, so unit can run as fridge or freezer. (Frigomatic service 2017).
Small strut fitted to support lid.
DISHWASHER - Fisher and Paykel dishwasher.

ENGINE SPACE
Accessed via door from mid starboard cabin, fitted with rubber sealing strips to minimise noise and secured by positive catches.
Insulated with a composite of foam and high-density polymer sound absorbing materials.

MID STARBOARD TWIN CABIN
Aft of the saloon to starboard with upper and lower berths.
Lockers for clothes.
Locker on aft bulkhead for Racors and watermaker with wooden doors and shelf unit above.

OWNER’S STATEROOM
Situated aft and configured with a double berth offset from the centreline.
Curved settee, dressing table and large cedar-wood lined hanging locker.

ENGINE
Yanmar 4LHA-HTP (160Hp) 4-cylinder diesel engine. (Full engine service 2017).
Engine and generator racors are parallel plumbed, so both can run off a single unit.

PROPELLER
Gori 3-bladed feathering propeller. (All zincs replaced 2015 and propeller serviced 2017).

ROPE CUTTER
Ambassador AM15 rope cutter on shaft.

ALTERNATORS
Engine is fitted with twin alternators:
The standard Yanmar 60A/12V alternator unit is wired to charge the engine start batteries.
The second unit is a high output 150A/24V Mastervolt alternator that charges the domestic battery bank, controlled by a Mastervolt Alpha Pro regulator 150A/24V.

GENERATOR
Westerbeke 7.5kW (220V/50Hz) BTD7.5 generator.

GENERATOR HOURS
Approximately 820.7 hours (March 2019).

BOWTHRUSTER
Max Power CT165 (11Hp) tunnel bowthruster, including eyebrow and anode. (Serviced 2015).
Control panel type – joystick.

STEERING SYSTEM
Whitlock cable system.

ICEMAKER
220V U-Line SS95 icemaker.

Dessalator Duo 100 watermaker with back flush and remote panel.

From an insulated tank, approximately 73 litres (16 Imp gallons/19 US gallons), heated by the engine’s heat exchanger, or by thermostatically controlled 220V. 1.25kW immersion heater element powered by the generator or dockside power.

PRESSURISED HOT AND COLD FRESHWATER SYSTEM
This system is based on a Par CW335A Twin Max pump with pressure accumulator
tank, and PEX/PBT pipework and fittings.
Seafresh water-purifying charcoal filter on galley cold water supply.

HOLDING TANKS
Polypropylene gravity emptying holding tank in both heads, including discharge fittings in deck. (Plumbing replaced 2015).
Wema gauges.

GREY WATER
Showers and washbasins discharge into two sump tanks, one forward and one aft. These tanks are evacuated by a dedicated electric Whale ‘Gulper’ pump directly overboard.
The galley sink also empties via an electric Whale ‘Gulper’ pump.
These three pumps are each operated by waterproof rocker switches.

MANIFOLD SYSTEM
Manifold for seawater inlets to reduce through-hull fittings.
(All seacocks serviced and replaced as necessary 2017).

4 x 225Ah 6V at 20-hour rated heavy duty ‘deep-cycle’ Trojan batteries to give approximately 230Ah at 24V (460Ah at 12V) for the domestic supply. (New domestic batteries 2017).
