Description
Commissioned onto Windermere from new, this 2016 model Beneteau Oceanis 45 has been lightly used in a fresh water environment. Generous accommodation with a large saloon and galley, Alpi Mahogany interior, 3 cabin layout with 2 heads and showers (en-suite to master cabin). Shallow draft (1.75m) with twin wheel steering, in-mast mainsail and furling Genoa. Full cockpit enclosure and diesel cabin heating extend comfortable use to all year round and a bespoke winter cover protects the cockpit when the boat is not in use. Extras include bow thruster, autopilot, electric winches and B&G chart plotters at each wheel.
Construction
GRP construction with Pearl Grey hull white coachroof with "diamond point" non-slip finish. Teak decks and cockpit. Cockpit arch supports mainsheet and sprayhood.
Shallow draft keel (1.75m), spade rudder and twin wheel steering. Fold down transom swim platform provides easy access from the stern.
Mechanicals
Vessel powered by a Yanmar 4JH5E SD 54hp inboard diesel driving a 3 folding blade propeller. 2 x service batteries and 1 x engine start battery, charged via the engine or shore power battery charger.
Electric anchor windlass with chain counter fitted, operated from the cockpit.
Under 35 hours engine hours.
Sails and Rigging
9/10 fractional rig with deck stepped alloy mast and spars. Stainless wire standing rigging and running rigging led aft to cockpit. Furling Genoa with UV strip. In-mast furling mainsail.. Rod vang and mainsheet mounted on cockpit arch keeping the cockpit clear.
Accommodation and layout
Light and airy accommodation with plenty of natural light and cabin lights throughout. Alpi Mahogany finish to woodwork and Sesame upholstery. 3 double cabin layout with en-suite master forecabin and 2 double aft cabins. The starboard cabin has en-suite access to the family heads and shower which can also be accessed from the saloon.
Good sized galley to port with twin stainless sinks, gas oven and 2 burner hob, front loading fridge, top loading ice box / freezer and plentiful storage. Navigation station to port with dining table opposite.
