The all-new model Contest 49CS is already in build and being a Contest extends new levels of comfort and reliability into the open aft cockpit sector. And looking to environmental considerations, options include an all-electric propulsion system, renewable energy sources and teak deck replacement. This completely new and innovative design also brings not only huge leisure areas both forward and aft of the neatly planned inboard twin helms stations, but down below unusually spacious mirrored twin aft cabins, plus large master suite forward. It is a new scale of interior plan, with a three-cabin arrangement perfect for safe, performance family sailing. It also brings the benefits of space for a tender garage as well as a submersible bathing platform.

A stand out boat in so many ways, the Contest 52MC Flybridge is a spectacularly successful design. And in this version with fully accommodated flybridge, there’s even more for the press to love. Her looks astounding perhaps even more so as a two-decker with perfect design balance that, also in terms of handling, retains the same innovative, half-planing hull riding as though on rails, tracking straight and staying flat right through the tightest of turns. The 18.5 metre Contest 59CS with styling from judel/vrolijk & co continues the refreshing modernity running through the evolving Contest line. In order and principle, she follows the popular and much praised Contest 57CS but is longer with near plumb bow and extended, broader stern. Interior levels are raised for direct eyeline and outlook through the panoramic windows, which sit below a smart, newly styled superstructure. The Contest 85CS will provide for both distance cruising and regatta participation as well as very social sailing, extending the potential for performance cruising of both new and upsizing owners with comfortable capacity for up to ten guests in a customisable interior arrangement.
