The spacious master cabin echoes the play of colours and materials that grace the main deck, in a peerless private setting that’s a joy to discover.The minimalist yet detailed design provides a continual counterpoint to the walk-in wardrobe and the grand bathroom, where the smoked-glass inserts and functionality of form are in tune with current trends. The winning style of this desirable new model is based on a blend of contrasting textures. The striped ceiling, the ribbed surface of the walls, the grid-pattern headboards and the lounge furniture’s oblique-stripe motif play off one another in a profound natural harmony. With her beautiful lines, modern hull shape, open transom, more accessible stowage and increased interior light, she continues in the tradition of the Arcona 410 as a quality performance cruiser with superb attention to detail. The impressive pace, comfort, great lines and ability to sail with ease even in difficult weather conditions will continue in the Arcona 415. Experience the feel and responsiveness of the boat to the helm. With the sheets and control lines all to hand in the cockpit, she is easy to sail shorthanded. The Arcona 415 has twin wheels, first introduced to the Arcona fleet on the Arcona 410, which make it possible to sit well to windward with a clear view of the sails whilst the spacious cockpit has room for the whole crew when in harbour. The Arcona 415 is equipped with a Yanmar 3JH40C x SD60-5-223S as standard and can be upgraded to a diesel 4JH45C x SD60-5-223S. The Arcona 415 can also be upgraded to an Oceanvolt Servoprop 15kW electric propulsion system, with variable pitch propeller technology and comes with a 23.2kWh* battery pack. A 15kW electric motor is the equivalent of a 50hp diesel engine on our 40-43ft yachts.
The 18.5 metre Contest 59CS with styling from judel/vrolijk & co continues the refreshing modernity running through the evolving Contest line. In order and principle, she follows the popular and much praised Contest 57CS but is longer with near plumb bow and extended, broader stern. Interior levels are raised for direct eyeline and outlook through the panoramic windows, which sit below a smart, newly styled superstructure. The super graceful contours of this go hand in hand with the pacy performance that the new judel/vrolijk modelling brings, including optimised foils and lowered centres of gravity and effort, for both efficiency and sea-kindliness. This all connects with the way of our larger yachts, and continues through to the interior with similar superyacht theme to the furnishings and advanced engineering systems. Intended for friends and family operation, sailing systems and deck management are easily handled, and the varied three and four cabin arrangements enable very personal choice, including workshop and a crew cabin if that is wished.
The 26-metre Contest 85CS clearly demonstrates the strengths in Contest Yachts’ long-term collaboration with world class designers judel/vrolijk & co and Wetzels Brown Partners. Designed for fast passage with powerful, practical, deep-ocean cruising capability, the Contest 85CS is easily sailed, managed and maintained by short-handed crew, and perfectly set both to sail the world and enjoy sailing’s high society. This is our first step into the fully crewed 80+ foot sector and is made in design partnership with celebrated German naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, combining their performance design expertise with our proven, innovative construction practices completed with Lloyds’ plan approval and hull certification. The Contest 85CS will provide for both distance cruising and regatta participation as well as very social sailing, extending the potential for performance cruising of both new and upsizing owners with comfortable capacity for up to ten guests in a customisable interior arrangement.
The ultimate expression of the Pershing thrill. The Pershing 140 is not only Pershing’s first all-aluminum superyacht. It is also the first yacht with a raised helm station directly connected to the sun deck. It is the first to set the area dedicated to the owner on the main deck and is also the first to have a beach area that can open fully on three sides.
A stand out boat in so many ways, the Contest 52MC Flybridge is a spectacularly successful design. And in this version with fully accommodated flybridge, there’s even more for the press to love. Her looks astounding perhaps even more so as a two-decker with perfect design balance that, also in terms of handling, retains the same innovative, half-planing hull riding as though on rails, tracking straight and staying flat right through the tightest of turns. With power options from twin 350hp to 550hp diesels she’s equally comfortable at 8 or 28 knots, and soft rides through the nastiest chop. And she’s a dry boat, her pronounced spray rails cascading the breaking water away. The joint creation of longstanding design partner Georg Nissen, the well known boat engineering and designer company Vripack and the yard’s own in-house design team, the 52MC is also an unusually versatile performance platform, available in Fastlane and Open Sport as well as Flybridge versions. Interior layouts are customisable, too, building out of a raised saloon and two heads, three sleeping cabin standard plan.
