This offers a more involved experience in contrast to the elevated vantage of centre cockpit yachts of traditional bluewater cruisers, while still offering safe and covered areas with high coamings, integrated sprayhood arch and bimini. Developing the concept for a new project is, above all, a journey. It is an experience where the only limit is your imagination, on a quest for sensations, for materials, geometries and forms – to express the essence of a style that must be utterly unique, in every aspect. We have not settled for dreaming up an ingenious concept with state-of-the-art technical solutions, increasingly inspired interiors, and living spaces of unprecedented comfort. We pushed ahead, even further, in space and time. Until we were absolutely certain that we had found the new essence of Ferretti Yachts, the quintessence of wellbeing and style.

Compared to other yachts in Elan’s repertoire, the Humphreys Yacht Design team distilled even more performance in this project, while keeping the dual-purpose ethos that has been the hallmark of the E Line range for years.  Powered by Elan’s high-tech composite know-how and pushed to the next level by industry-leading specialist Gurit, Elan’s E6 is built with the highest consumer-level technology on the market.  Lighter than competitors in its class, the E6 is the fusion of performance engineering and enriching sailing experiences. This twin rudder and helm yacht utilizes 3D VAIL technology for ultimate lightness and stiffness, and a dedicated hull with a T-shape keel. While the yacht has been designed to be easily sailed by an experienced couple, the E6 truly shines with a good crew. The Elan E5 is designed for demanding sailors who seek a perfect balance between serious, regatta-winning performance and elegant design with abundant space and comfort. It comes equipped with an impressive array of performance-enhancing equipment, including a retractable carbon fibre bowsprit, a genoa furling system, a keel stepped mast and an adjustable split backstay. The E5 is first and foremost a sailors’ yacht but it can also be used comfortably in all shorthanded conditions. The TurboJet 325 fits into smaller garages and on bathing platforms of most 16–21m yachts, so it’s ideal for smooth trips to the quayside to grab supplies. Thanks to its clever engineering and generous storage, the TurboJet 325 can easily accommodate four adults and keep their essentials dry as you spend a day on the waves. But it’s when you fire up the BRP Rotax engine and open up the throttle that you’ll truly discover why we called this iconic small tender boat the TurboJet.

The hulls of the GT line have been carefully optimised through extensive CFD modelling to be fast, stable and easily driven in a wide range of sea states. Combined with a powerful and perfectly balanced sail plan, they deliver a huge amount of fun at all points of sail. In the true GT spirit, their race-derived features have been optimised for cruising to deliver precise control, impeccable handling characteristics and a smooth, comfortable ride. The striking flush silhouette of the GT6, styled by Studio F. A. Porsche, is a well-balanced combination of sharp, distinctive lines and soft, sculpted curves– it is guaranteed to stand out from the crowd. The exterior design combines minimalism with dynamics that bring sailors closer to nature. Some elements of the stunning cockpit design are inspired by the aerodynamics of iconic sports cars, while others such as the steering pedestals and ‘floating’ stern take their design cues from nature, inspired by seagull wings and stingray fins. The deck is completely clean, as all halyards are lead under it for ultimate convenience and clean design.
