    Colvic Victor 40 sailing ketch ‘Vencedor’ is a robust and seaworthy coastal and ocean sailing yacht, featuring a light and comfortable enclosed deck saloon with ample storage space, making her an excellent choice for longer voyages. The yacht has been extensively upgraded to support a liveaboard lifestyle, and the current owners have found it to provide them with notable living cost savings, especially as the current marina provides free electricity and water, plus cheaper gas and diesel sales on-site. In fact, it may be the only Colvic Victor 40 equipped with both a working washing machine and tumble dryer! The current owner purchased the yacht in 2022 and has enjoyed sailing her along the coasts of the UK. Genuine reason for sale . The yacht has been meticulously serviced and maintained to a high standard, with numerous recent upgrades, including a new genoa (2018), new standing rigging (2018), re-sealed all windows and hatches, a new VHF (DSC) radio, installed solar panels, new cabin flooring throughout, and Coppercoat anti-fouling. The spacious interior, featuring LED lighting throughout, includes a raised deck saloon with an interior steering position, a well-equipped galley, and three cabins with generous storage lockers. There are two heads, one of which includes a shower. The maximum headroom in both the saloon and galley is 1.8m. Vencedor is well-equipped for extended sailing, cruising, and liveaboard, with both exterior and interior helm positions. Equipment includes: 2 water tanks (360 litres & 100 litres); 360-litre diesel tank; 50hp Beta Marine engine (2008); full set of sails including cruising chutes; diesel heating; Standard Horizon GPS colour chart-plotter with AIS receiver; Simrad radar; Autohelm autopilot; Standard Horizon VHF (DSC) radio; 4 x 12-volt batteries; solar panels; Aerogen 6 wind generator; 240-volt shore power; Seago 4-person inflatable dinghy with Suzuki 2.5hp outboard; numerous warps and fenders; 16kg Kobra bow anchor with 70 metres of 10mm chain; Lofrans electric windlass; 10kg Danforth kedge anchor with chain/warp; 2 x shore power leads; Plastimo liferaft (serviced 2022); large internal storage lockers and a spacious aft deck locker; EPIRB; 2 x fridges; freezer; vacuum cleaner; microwave; washing machine; and tumble dryer. Vencedor is currently based at Fleetwood Beacon Marina, near Blackpool (North West England), where some minor ongoing maintenance is being completed. The yacht is available to view at any time (virtual tours/live video calls also welcome).
