She recently went through a refit at Svendsen’s Bay Marine in Richmond CA. All new thru hulls, shafts, props, paint, wood planks replaced, AC installed, starlink, engine work, varnish, lifelines, bilge pumps, sanded floors. Current survey shows her to be in great condition and ready to go. Owner has been cruising California.Â
Accommodations
This Alaskan features the rare "Captains Quarters" just aft of the pilothouse which offers a berth / office that sleeps one with a large sliding window that overlooks the helm. There are two large staterooms and two spacious heads on the lower deck level with V-berth forward. The Master stateroom features a walk-around queen berth and ensuite head with stall shower.Â
The interior is beautifully finished with grain matched teak wookwork and cabinetry throughout The galley is forward and to port in main salon and features a breakfast bar with storage under that separates the galley from salon. Up three steps from the salon is the pilothouse which features a centerline helm, expansive windows, settee and chart table.

Galley
The U-Shaped galley on the yacht is forward and to the port side in the main salon. There is a breakfast bar with storage below that separates the galley from the main salon. From the galley there are three steps that lead to the pilothouse.. There is ample counter and cabinet space surrounding the chef. Directly across from the galley is a Refrigerator. Whether cruising or live-aboard the galley is well designed and functional.
