Description
Just reduced to sell......LLC owned (tax advantage) classic, Taiwan built CHB 45' Pilothouse with great running Lehman 120 hp diesels. The meters indicate 2800 hours on the motors. Both engines and the genset have received recent routine maintenance and start right up, no smoke and sound great. This boat can confidently be cruised immediately. The original black iron fuel tanks have been replaced with recent aluminum tanks, estimated capacity 500 gallons total. This vessel has been in the same family for almost 20 years, and it's simply time for a new owner to take over and invest in minor cosmetic tlc and possibly an electronics freshening. But, she can be enjoyed as is while you tinker at the dock if not out at sea.
