• 1946 - Boat was purchased by family in Sunbury, Pa.
• Used mostly in Harvey's Lake in Pennsylvania 
• 1956 - Boat was sold to family in Sunbury, Pa.
• This family had it for a year then had to relocate and sold it back to the original owners 
• 1957 - Boat was bought first family 
• 1997 - Boat was sold to grandson of original owners 
• 2008 - Boat was purchased by current owner 
• 2009 - Transported the boat up to Clayton NY for some restoration.
• They flipped the boat to wick and seal the bottom 
• It was refinished inside and outside bottom of the boat and performed varnish finish on the inside and deck. The engine and gas tank was pulled at that time. The gas tank reworked and sealed by Melcot industries. The engine was gone over by Roger in Riveredge Marina in Alexandria Bay, Ny. The cylinders were bored and had new pistons put in. The head was good. New seals were done. The transmission was so gone over. All the chrome was sent down to Labrandis in Harrisburg and was finished. All gages were sent out for full refurbishment. 
• The boat was used predominately in the St. Lawerence River from 2012-2023
• A new water pump was replaced by French Creek marina in 2023.

This is the same Chris-Craft model utility that was featured in the famous movie "On Golden Pond".   You can create your own "On Golden Pond" memories with this lovely 22 Sportsman.    And there is no name on the transom to remove!!
