**Mid-cabin:** Double berth; hanging locker; large storage locker under bed with 100-litre holding tank (2020); reading lights; window shelf; LED lighting. Window renovated and re-fitted (2013); insulation fitted above headlining (2014); new flooring (2020).

**Raised deck saloon:** U-shaped seating around table with custom covers (2024); interior helm position with full engine controls and instrumentation; chart table with storage under lid and navigation station; 10mm toughened glass in all windows with opening windows port-side fore & aft; excellent 360-degree visibility; removable swivel helm seat; LED lighting throughout; diesel heating (LFBros 2025); 12V and 240V power sockets. All windows renovated and re-fitted (2013); insulation fitted above headlining (2014); cockpit steps renovated (2018); new flooring (2020).

**Aft corridor:** Large wet hanging storage draining to bilge (painted 2024); new flooring (2014); cockpit drain sea-cocks regularly serviced.

**Aft heads:** Jabsco manual flush toilet; sink with mixer tap; storage under sink; mirror; LED lighting. Toilet and new below-waterline sea-cocks fitted (2022); window renovated and re-fitted (2013); new sink unit (2015); new flooring (2014).

**Aft cabin:** Double berth with memory foam mattress; hanging storage locker; port and starboard storage lockers with shelves; 12V socket; reading lights; large storage areas under bed; deck hatch with screen; LED lighting. Windows renovated and re-fitted (2013); insulation fitted above headlining (2014); deck hatch renovated and re-fitted (2020); new flooring (2014).

Additional equipment for comfort in port includes: 240V fridge and freezer; washing machine; tumble dryer (removable); microwave; TV; vacuum cleaner; and other domestic conveniences.

Mechanical Equipment

**Engine:** 50hp Beta Marine diesel (2008) with only 1,900 hours; fully serviced annually (2024 service completed) including engine oil and filter, fuel filters, alternator belt, engine anode, fresh-water anti-freeze drain/flush/refill, and water pump impeller replacement. Fuel tank drained and cleaned (2022); gearbox oil replaced (2022). Three-blade fixed propeller with rope cutter; stern gland packing replaced (2017); stern gland grease replaced (2025).

**Electrical systems:** 2 x 12V 110Ah AGM engine batteries (replaced 2023); 2 x 12V 120Ah leisure batteries (replaced 2024); 160W solar panels (2 panels); Aerogen 6 wind generator mounted on stern pole; 240V shore power with dual shore power leads; battery charger and battery monitor; 240V inverter; LED lighting throughout vessel.

**Water systems:** 360 litres fresh water capacity; electric Jabsco water pump with accumulator (new 2014); 20-litre hot water calorifier; Whale manual hand pump backup.

**Auxiliary equipment:** Seago 4-person inflatable dinghy (2017) with Suzuki 2.5hp outboard (2017) stored in spacious aft deck locker; 5-litre petrol container; hosepipes; boat hooks.

**Fuel capacity:** 360-litre diesel tank.

**Propulsion performance:** Cruising speed 7 knots; maximum speed 9 knots under power.

Galley Equipment

**Galley:** Gimballed gas stove and hob (hose replaced 2022); double stainless steel sink with mixer tap (fitted 2014); Whale manual hand pump water tap; electric fridge; electric hob (2024); 700W microwave (2024); low-wattage kettle (2023); low-wattage toaster (2023); large full-height food storage cupboard; storage drawers; mirror; LED lighting; 240V power sockets. Zanussi washing machine (240V, connected to boat fresh water system). Window renovated and re-fitted (2013); sea-cocks regularly serviced; new flooring (2020).

Deck and Hull Equipment

**Rig:** Ketch-rigged with aluminium spars; complete stainless steel standing rigging replacement (2018); Lewmar winches throughout; slab reefing with lazy jacks on main and mizzen; sail covers; radar and radar reflector on mizzen mast; VHF and Navtex aerials.

**Sails - full inventory:** Mainsail; mizzen sail (replaced 2024 with reconditioned sail); new Kemp genoa with Profurl furling (2018); storm jib; asymmetric cruising chute with snuffer; mizzen mast asymmetric cruising chute. All reefing lines replaced (2018).

**Hull below waterline:** Sand-blasted with blisters exposed and filled; 3 coats epoxy; 5 coats Coppercoat anti-fouling professionally applied; waterline raised and finished with blue line; additional patches of Coppercoat applied (2021). Log impeller replaced (2022); rope cutter serviced (2022); all sea-cocks regularly serviced. Rudder fully rebuilt (2022).

**Hull above waterline:** Solid GRP construction; wooden rubbing strake cleaned and oiled (2018); anti-slip deck pads renovated with grey anti-slip paint (2024).

**Bow equipment:** Double bow roller extending clear of hull; 16kg Kobra bow anchor with 70 metres 10mm chain (chain new 2014, inspected annually with markers replaced); Lofrans Tigress electric windlass with remote control; sampson post; port and starboard deck cleats with fairleads in toe-rail; stainless steel pulpit; Profurl genoa furling drum.

**Deck equipment:** Large foredeck with dinghy storage space; mid-point deck cleats with fairleads; wire jackstays from bow to cockpit; 2 x 80W solar panels mounted on raised deck saloon roof (fitted 2014).

**Navigation lights:** Bow, stern, motoring, tri-colour, automatic LED anchor light, deck lights on main and mizzen masts. Auto LED anchor light fitted (2016); motoring and mast deck light replaced (2018); new stern light (2018).

**Cockpit:** Spacious seating with synthetic teak (fitted 2014) and cushions; NASA Duet depth/speed gauge (new 2021); steering binnacle with GPS (full service 2020 including resealing); non-slip flooring (replaced 2021); VHF speaker (new 2015); large spray dodgers; new main hatch covers (2025).

**Aft deck:** Port and starboard deck cleats with fairleads in toe-rail and transom; stainless steel pushpit; folding swimming ladder mounted on transom.

**Aft deck locker:** Deep storage locker with internal ladder access; gas locker; secure outboard motor storage; 10kg Danforth kedge anchor with chain/warp (new 2021); spare fuel containers (2 x 20L); shore power cables; extensive warps and fenders; numerous spares.

**Anchor locker:** Large chain locker with storage ledge and drain to bilge.

Navigation Systems

**Chart-plotter/GPS:** Standard Horizon GPS colour chart-plotter with AIS receiver (UK & Ireland C-Map charts updated 2021).

**Radar:** Simrad radar with mast-mounted antenna and reflector.

**Autopilot:** Autohelm autopilot system.

**VHF Radio:** Standard Horizon VHF DSC radio (new 2018) with dual mast-mounted aerials; VHF speaker in cockpit; handheld VHF radio backup.

**Navtex:** Navtex receiver.

**Instruments:** NASA Duet depth/speed gauge (new 2021); battery monitor (fitted 2014); comprehensive switch panels.

**Navigation station:** Dedicated chart table with interior lighting; storage below seat; 3 x 12V sockets; 240V power sockets; 3 x winch handles; remote control for anchor windlass.
