KETCH 56 FEET. Epoxy molded wood construction. Big brother of the RORQUAL which was presented as the best "racing-cruising" sailboat in the 1970s-1980s. Panaïs is a seaworthy, fast, and solid boat. It was designed by naval architect Auzépy Brenner to sail the high seas in complete safety, with a spirit of performance and comfort. Panaïs was superbly refitted in 2021. AMENAGEMENTS
1 double cabin at the front. 1 triple cabin at the front, 2 single berths on the port side, 1 single berth on the starboard side. 1 toilet cabinet on the port side at the front, electric toilets, shower, sink. 1 chart table on the starboard side, space for air conditioning. 1 L-shaped saloon on the port side. 1 L-shaped lounge on the starboard side. 1 galley in the rear port corridor. 1 rear galley on the port side, access to the rear cabin and access to the rear toilet. 1 triple cabin at the rear starboard, 2 single berths on the starboard side, 1 single berth on the port side. 1 toilet cabinet with electric toilets, shower, sink, at the rear starboard. 1 double cabin at the rear with a desk area, accessible from the rear galley.
MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
PERKINS 4.236 inboard engine with 80 HP, which is not original, installed in 2018. No hour meter. Shaft line with brake. Stuffing box with a rotating seal. Cut line. Fixed three-blade bronze propeller.
ELECTRICITY
12 Volts and 220 Volts. 220 Volts sockets. 2 solar panels on the rear deck 2*50 Watts. 2 flexible solar panels on the roof cover 2*80 Watts, with regulator, to be installed. Battery charger. Inverter. 2 Odyssey service batteries 12 Volts 214 A (2021), 2 Odyssey service batteries 12 Volts 214 A (2021), for the refrigeration units. 1 engine battery 12 Volts 65 A. (2023).

Fixed VHF ASN, Raymarine Ray73, with active microphone. Lecomb and Shmitt autopilot actuator. Raymarine radar dome.
SAILS AND RIGGING
Ketch rig. Original standing rigging, inspected in 2021 by a professional. Masts, booms, and spinnaker pole, made of aluminum, painted wood color. Genoa on a furler. 2 Genoa sheet tracks on the deck. Staysail on a furler. 2 staysail sheet tracks on the coachroof. Full batten mainsail with 3 reefs. Luff track with ball bearing cars. Lazy bag, lazy jack. Rigid halyard. Mainsail sheet track on the coachroof. Mizzen. Lazy bag.

Bow thruster. Quick electric windlass, foot and cockpit controls, with chain counter. Main anchoring Lewmar stainless steel anchor + chain.
