We are selling out beautiful 'Gracie' moored in Rye (Tidal Estuary) East Sussex - Mooring to be agreed with the boat yard owner or she can be moved using an outboard attached to her stern. (No inboard motor)
Gracie is a steel dutch barge made by De Groot and has been beautifully turned in to a lovely house boat with roof deck, King size bed, kitchen area, chemical toilet (Toilet/Facilities in the yard) Lounge area with TV, rear small open area to sit and watch the boats and birds go by.
