PRELIMINAY LISTING

(current photos coming soon)

(Inventory subject to change)

The Outbound 44/46 is considered by many to be the ultimate couple's cruiser.  When most sailors make a list of the features they would like to have on a boat they inevitably describe this design. From tankage to sail plan, this Outbound 44 is a wonderful example of the design and has seen excellent care.  Her current owners are her fourth owners and an unforeseen change of plans has put her up for sale.

PLACE AU SOLEIL represents a rare opportunity for anyone who is interested in heading south Today!  She is fully found, prepped, and ready for either the Keys, Bahamas, Caribbean, or beyond.     Why spend another dreary winter dreaming of the Tropics when you could be there on your own boat?  Highly Recommended.

The 44 has a surprisingly slippery underbody and a waterline length that will scrub off miles.   The principal difference between the Outbound 44 and 46 is the 2' longer sugar scoop on the 46!  The design boasts an internally ballasted fin keel with a bolt-on bulb and a semi-balanced rudder which utilizes the strength and tracking ability of a skeg with the added performance of a balanced blade.    It’s a perfect marriage of old school building with new school design. This particular 44 was built with a 5'6" draft and in-mast furling (mast extrusion has luff track for a traditional slab reef main or storm trysail); two features that make her an ideal couples cruising boat.

Priced below Market.   Please call today to schedule your appointment.  This boat will not last.
