Price reduced. Sellers will consider all serious offers! Etincelle 60 COOL CAT was built by the Tecna yard in Brazil, best known for the Dolphin catamarans. She is hull #3 of a series of 6 sister-ships and was launched in 2000. Tecna is a household name at The Multihull Company as it is the builder of the better known Dolphin 430 and Dolphin 460s. Our company sold a few dozen of the new Dolphin 430s/460s and we continue to sell them second-hand all over the world. They are known for quality of craftsmanship and outstanding sailing performance.  A carbon-epoxy construction, COOL CAT is designed and built for reliable, blue-water performance. The centerpiece of the yacht is a rotating, carbon wing mast with all textile standing rigging (standing rigging replaced in 2016), and carbon fiber Park Avenue boom. The mast was cured in an oven. The boat is equipped with recent Calvert performance sails: carbon-composite mainsail, carbon-composite, self-taking jib, a 2022 gennaker and two spinnakers. Moving forward along the wide decks you note the carbon composite dagger-boards outboard. And ahead, the long, narrow bows and the long trampoline take your breath away. The distinguishing feature of this cat is the limited footprint of the bridge-deck in relation to the waterline length. This design is all about keeping weight down – just under 20,000 pounds or 10 tons – and centered. This cat’s very long legs and minimal deck volume give it a sea-kindly motion especially in choppy or rough seas that in turn allow high average speeds - where other boats hobby horse. The bridge deck clearance is a rare 95 centimeters (over 3 feet).   The low-profile coach-roof gives you excellent access to the boom, mainsail, lazy jacks and stack pack for stowing the main, accessing reef lines or maneuvering underway.  The headroom inside the salon is 1,95 meters.  Moving back to the stern, we have a view on the extra-long sugar scoops and you will note the significant distance between the aft beam and transoms - a real design difference here with even the more modern performance cats that offer very little waterline length behind the bridge-deck. The davits hold a new 14 foot RIB dinghy with 40HP Yamaha 2 stroke outboard engine. An elegant, carbon fiber frame holds two 380 watt solar panels. For the pleasure of helming this speedster, two rear tiller steering stations are equipped with Raymarine wind instruments and autopilot repeaters.    COOL CAT is a superbly constructed, simple, performance cat with beautiful lines. It was designed to achieve 200-300 mile days over long distances and has proven reliable on numerous ocean passages over many years. We would be delighted to show you COOL CAT in person. Always in impeccable condition, this is a cat on which all systems work and all equipment is continuously maintained. The owners sail 2,000-4,000 miles a year aboard.  Do check out the attached video and give us a call to discuss.    NOT FOR SALE TO U.S. RESIDENTS IN U.S. WATERS

    $920,147

FURTHER PRICE REDUCTION of Euro 100K to 795.000 Euros. Seller is building a new day charter cat. Bring offers. This 82' Maxi catamaran was specifically designed and constructed for day charter. She is certified by VERITAS for 170 passengers (including max. 6 crew). Her sheer size, payload capacity and safety equipment put her in a class of her own among day charter cats.   Her hulls are composite construction (fiberglass and epoxy resin over foam core) and her superstructure is aluminum. She was built to very strict VERITAS standards at the H2X  shipyard in La Ciotat, France and is perhaps the largest purpose-built day charter cat in the world. Epoxy construction and longitudinal stringers that run the full length of the hull make for an especially stiff and robust construction. Her very high bridge-deck clearance give her blue-water capability. She features a huge covered deck to accommodate a large dance floor, seated dining space for 120 pax, a large outdoor galley/bar with sink, refrigeration, ice maker and high-capacity grill. She has a restaurant-grade kitchen in the port hull including 1.5 cubic meter cold storage capacity, 360 plate/hour dishwasher and crew quarters for six with a complete navigation station. Guest bathrooms are located aft in each hull accessed by stairways. The wheelhouse is forward and protected by a full glass enclosure.  She is powered by twin VOLVO 180 HP turbos located in very large engine rooms. The engines drive shafts with MAXPROP three-blade folding propellers of 30 inch diameter that will drive the boat at 10 knots. Two 17 KVA KOHLER generators (one in each engine room) provide ample power to the large energy requirements which include a "nightclub" level audio-entertainment system.     After her launch in France in 2011, she has operated in the South of France where she very successfully accommodates 14,000 pax in the spring/summer/fall. She was briefly moved to Saint Martin for the 2015 winter season and returned to France. So she is ocean capable.  If you are a professional charter operator with high capacity needs, this cat is the state-of-the-art solution.

Huge price reduction to $1,200,000. Bring serious offers!  The Moxie 61 TOSCA was created to bring cruisers what racers have enjoyed for years: fast, safe, no-compromise sailing. With one extra twist: sailing in luxury. TOSCA offers an impeccable pedigree and luxurious appointments in an ultra-light, all-carbon construction. Safe, user-friendly, and featuring ocean-tested solutions, TOSCA reflects VPLP's 25 year history of record-setting designs. With lines that spell speed and elegance, TOSCA is a world-class multihull for all sailors - monohull racers, luxury cruisers, and anyone seeking high performance, comfort, and safety at sea. With numerous performance, bluewater catamarans on offer in today's market, how does one distinguish between another polyester production cat and a Stradivarius. Quality of construction, materials, design features, equipment, volume, amenities? An all carbon-epoxy over core-cell foam construction, TOSCA sails with the best of the very high performance catamarans. She is equipped with a rotating carbon wing mast, all textile standing rigging, carbon dagger-boards and rudders. VPLP developed hull shapes for the Moxie 61 directly from the ORMA 60 class. The mast is placed on the aft salon beam to optimize weight placement and create a large foretriangle for powerful headsails.   The distinctive, beam to beam (TEUG) coach-roof design expands the interior space and headroom. TOSCA has salon, cabin, bathroom volumes and headroom that rival cruising cats from France and Poland in this size range. Huge, tempered glass windows at the front of the salon provide unobstructed views forward.   In 2017-2018, TOSCA underwent an extensive $400K refit including:  New LORIMA carbon rotating wing mast All new standing textile rigging by FUTURE FIBRES New NORTH sails (main, solent and genoa) Two new 80 HP YANMAR engines All new electronics including B&G plotters, radar, wind, log, speed repeaters and transducers New MASTERVOLT Lithium-Ion battery pack  Over the last three years, the yacht has been continuously improved with a priority to comfort and practicality. Helm seats with generous binnacle mounts for plotters and instruments were installed. Folding biminis were placed over the helm seats. Handholds were added around the coach-roof and steps were lengthened to facilitate safe movement on deck. A full cockpit enclosure (isenglass) was fitted for all weather protection in the cockpit. Recently, all canvas was replaced including mainsail cover, winch covers. The salon and cockpit upholstery is all new.    An 8KVA generator was added to run large AC consumers: battery chargers and inverters, air-conditioning, water-maker, electric winches. The entire 24V system was refitted with new toggle switch breakers to back-up the digital switches.    The electronics were upgraded with new B&G plotters at each helm and the chart table. New fuel bladders were fitted and the water tanks consolidated. New sail-drives have been purchased and delivered and will be installed at the next haul out. A complete list of upgrades is listed in the attached inventory.  New sail-drives and rudder bearings installed in May 2023. New bottom paint in May 2023.      TOSCA is in Freeport, Bahamas and we would be delighted to show this truly groundbreaking design to motivated prospects.   Moxie 61 TOSCA was the elapsed and corrected time winner of the ARC Europe 2014.
