Description
The Bavaria 34-2 is a polyester sailing yacht with a length of 10.35 meters, a width of 3.48 meters, and a draft of 1.35 meters. The ship was built in the year 2000 by Bavaria Yachtbau and designed by J&J Design. The hull is round bilge and equipped with a bulb keel. The water displacement is approximately 4.5 tons and the ballast weight is around 1400 kilograms. The finishing of the hull was carried out at the yard and the interior is finished with mahogany wood. Both the deck and the cabin structure are made of polyester.
The ship has three cabins, including the salon, and offers a total of four sleeping places. The headroom in the salon is about 1.85 meters, in the forepeak approximately 1.80 meters, and in the aft cabin, the headroom is also about 1.80 meters. The windows are made of perspex and the ship is equipped with a wheel steering system. The air draft is approximately 14 meters.
For propulsion, there is a Volvo Penta MD2030 diesel engine, also from the year 2000.
