Description
A beautifully lined cruiser with plenty of comfort and living space, from its first owner!
The very solid hull was built in Leer (D), the interior was done by Muntinga in Hoogezand/Sappemeer, and the technical installation was carried out by Bonsink Aquaservice in Zwartsluis.
The passionate German owners have always had the ship very well maintained by the mechanics of Kranerweerd in Zwartsluis. Unfortunately, age is catching up with them, and they are reluctantly saying goodbye after thirty wonderful sailing seasons with the "Carpe Diem".
The guest cabin is located in the bow, and on the starboard side, we find a 2-person bed approximately 1.40m wide and 2.00 meters long. On the port side, there is plenty of storage space. Guests have their own washroom with a shower, sink, and vacuum toilet.
There is no gas on board, so meals are prepared in the galley using the 4-burner electric stove, the oven, or the microwave. Of course, there is a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment available.
The salon has a comfortable sofa and also plenty of storage space (including for the TV).
In the aft cabin on the port side, there is a separate shower, on the starboard side the toilet with sink, and in the owner's cabin, a large 2-person bed (no less than 1.60m wide) and again a lot of (hanging) storage space.
The Dollart 1150 is designed to navigate not only inland waters but also somewhat larger waters, and should anything go wrong (virtually unthinkable ;-)), there is a certified liferaft in a container on board.
The entire ship was professionally painted a few years ago by Bonsink Yachtpainters, and the paintwork is still in perfect condition.
Both exhausts (1 x engine, 1 x generator) are made of stainless steel, and even the anchor is made of stainless steel.
