DESCRIPTION
Turkish gulet built in 1988 by Tum Tour Shipyard. Vessel in perfect condition, used for charter since 2007, maintained annually with routine and extraordinary maintenance necessary for boats of this type (with wooden hull). Intended use of leasing and chartering regularly registered in the navigation licence. Vessel equipped with sanitary slip with relevant certificates for food, water sanitation and medicine box. RINA valid until 2024. Below is a list of the latest work carried out and the equipment that enriches the value of the vessel:
- Engine inverter overhauled in 2022 at a cost of approximately € 15,000;
- Interior panelling replaced, in perfect condition;
- White water tanks replaced with new custom-made modular tanks in food-grade pvc (the originals were metal and tend to crack over time);
- Cabin portholes custom-made by Nautica F4 in 2022 (€ 350 each for a total of 10 pieces);
- Turbine and exchangers replaced in 2022;
- New stainless steel drive axle with relevant bushings;
- Custom-made gangway with lighting;
- Interior comfort furniture brand "Foresti and Suardi" in brass;
- Storage lockers in dinette occupied with 3 separate cold rooms plus 2 freezers and 1 fridge in galley;
- 2Kw photovoltaic system installed;
- Windows in dinette and safety glass installed in 2023;
- 10mm stranded steel rigging replaced in 2016;
- Engine brought to zero in 2016. The panel currently reads about 15,000 hours but the engine has about 4000;
- Iroko deck replaced in 2016, 15 mm thick;
- Battery pack replaced entirely in 2021;
- Cushions in perfect condition;
- Boat completely repainted in April;
- 4-blade fixed engine propeller replaced in 2015;
- on-board instrumentation upgraded brand Raymarine.
- Iron mast recently replaced with aluminium mast.
Boat dry-docked in April with maintenance carried out. The interior layout of the boat includes 6 double guest cabins with personal bathrooms in each cabin + 2 crew cabins, one double and 1 single, also with personal bathrooms. All bathrooms feature quality finishes with mosaic tiling and marble for the washbasin tops. In addition, each cabin is air-conditioned. In addition to an incredibly spacious dinette, in which there is a hot/cold air conditioner, the galley on board is equipped with a 90 cm gas-fired hob with 2 external cylinders. 4000W inverter, 18kwa OMD generator.
The boat is sold with the charter site. Site has been operational for about 15 years, already optimised from the SEO point of view and with a customer database already well structured.
