The Contest 67CS marks the first steps in a long term collaboration with German design team judel/vrolijk & co, renowned for powerful yachts, both racing and cruising, offshore and ocean. That combined experience results in easily driven, sea kindly, handsome yachts, which neatly defines this 21-metre bluewater performance cruiser, the Contest 67CS. Fast with such simple control both upwind and down, she's remarkably stable and easily sailed by short-handed crew, making light equally of long voyaging or regatta participation. Her accommodation plan for up to eight guests, in anything up to four cabins, with the option of master suite forward or aft, and similarly galley and cew either end, presents great opportunity to personalise this very highly technically specified and exceptionally quiet yacht.

Mike’s vision to build a new classic styled model started to become more than just an idea back in early April 2020 when discussions and sketches between Mike and Arthur ( Nelson designer) soon resulted in drawings flying back and for in earnest. Those early days in lockdown provided a window of space and an uninterrupted time to reflect on what Mike really wanted to achieve from this latest design. Mike had already received unprecedented interest in both our Classic 35 and Classic 45 and there was an appetite out in the market for a beautifully built boat with classic styling but of a more manageable size than our iconic 45 and more accommodation than our 35. In reality, the 37 provides the 45 accommodation and wheelhouse, in a smaller boat, with the same acclaimed underwater semi displacement hull shape used on our DALE 40. All in all, a lot of boat with classic styling and pedigree for cruising with confidence, reassurance and security.

A stand out boat in so many ways, the Contest 52MC Flybridge is a spectacularly successful design. And in this version with fully accommodated flybridge, there’s even more for the press to love. Her looks astounding perhaps even more so as a two-decker with perfect design balance that, also in terms of handling, retains the same innovative, half-planing hull riding as though on rails, tracking straight and staying flat right through the tightest of turns. With power options from twin 350hp to 550hp diesels she’s equally comfortable at 8 or 28 knots, and soft rides through the nastiest chop. And she’s a dry boat, her pronounced spray rails cascading the breaking water away. The joint creation of longstanding design partner Georg Nissen, the well known boat engineering and designer company Vripack and the yard’s own in-house design team, the 52MC is also an unusually versatile performance platform, available in Fastlane  and Open Sport as well as Flybridge versions. Interior layouts are customisable, too, building out of a raised saloon and two heads, three sleeping cabin standard plan.

Designed for fast passage with powerful, practical, deep-ocean cruising capability, the Contest 85CS is easily sailed, managed and maintained by short-handed crew, and perfectly set both to sail the world and enjoy sailing’s high society. This is our first step into the fully crewed 80+ foot sector and is made in design partnership with celebrated German naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, combining their performance design expertise with our proven, innovative construction practices completed with Lloyds’ plan approval and hull certification. The Contest 85CS will provide for both distance cruising and regatta participation as well as very social sailing, extending the potential for performance cruising of both new and upsizing owners with comfortable capacity for up to ten guests in a customisable interior arrangement.

Despite its small dimensions and the fine and balanced design, IDEA 58 WA allows you to enjoy the comfort of its internal spaces are designed to accommodate up to 7 people for unforgettable days at the sea. The cabin is made of two large BEDS  and gives each person on board the possibility to store comfortably their baggage and privately use the bathroom compartment. The DALE 28 was conceived to meet the needs of both new as well as long standing DALE clients who wanted to downsize whilst retaining the sea keeping and quality to which they were accustomed. After achieving the hull design to give the sea-keeping and ease of handling expected of a DALE, our next aim was to use the architecture to create a boat with spacious accommodation for two, the comfort of full standing headroom, a large wheelhouse and cockpit for total enjoyment of cruising, living on board and socialising. We build each boat bespoke for you and just like any other DALE, there is a sense of discreet luxury and attention to detail.
