A remarkable yacht, the Contest 72 was first conceived for a superyacht-experienced owner seeking the same technical and luxury standards in a smaller, 22-metre, family orientated yacht. A remarkable yacht with outstanding engineering and specification for length and interior volume. A truly exceptional four-cabin 70-footer.To future owners this brings virtual custom build at fractional cost. The nature of wide-ranging options spanning almost every element of this extreme semi-custom build. Bulkhead positioning almost the only constraint. A defining, high priority of the superyacht is silent running. Banishing noise and vibration. In the Contest 72CS, everything imaginable both above and below deck has been engineered to this end. Specialist acoustic engineers focusing not only on installations within the hull, but on deck and above to sailing hardware. Reducing transfer and transmissions to astonishing effect.Deliveries to date span full carbon rig with Park Lane boom and 3Di moulded sails, to alloy spars and vertically battened Vectra with in-mast furling. Below-decks arrangements vary from full-on inclusivity with open galley to complete owner privacy with forward crew quarters and enclosed galley.
With her beautiful lines, modern hull shape, open transom, more accessible stowage and increased interior light, she continues in the tradition of the Arcona 410 as a quality performance cruiser with superb attention to detail. The impressive pace, comfort, great lines and ability to sail with ease even in difficult weather conditions will continue in the Arcona 415. Experience the feel and responsiveness of the boat to the helm. With the sheets and control lines all to hand in the cockpit, she is easy to sail shorthanded. The Arcona 415 has twin wheels, first introduced to the Arcona fleet on the Arcona 410, which make it possible to sit well to windward with a clear view of the sails whilst the spacious cockpit has room for the whole crew when in harbour. The Arcona 415 is equipped with a Yanmar 3JH40C x SD60-5-223S as standard and can be upgraded to a diesel 4JH45C x SD60-5-223S. The Arcona 415 can also be upgraded to an Oceanvolt Servoprop 15kW electric propulsion system, with variable pitch propeller technology and comes with a 23.2kWh* battery pack. A 15kW electric motor is the equivalent of a 50hp diesel engine on our 40-43ft yachts.
Ferretti Yachts 800 is designed to offer the owner peerless comfort and a superior on-board lifestyle for a boat this size, thanks to optimised spaces and meticulous layout planning.
The Arcona 385 continues to uphold Arcona’s strong heritage of innovation and design excellence, using the finest materials and best craftsmanship without compromising on superior performance through the water. The Arcona 385 is a quick, lightweight and easy-to-manage 11.28m/38foot performance cruiser. Her predecessor, the Arcona 380, was launched in 2013 and has won many racing accolades. There is also a larger instrument panel above the companionway to incorporate larger instruments for the helm. The Arcona 385 will have an open transom as standard as not only does it allow more light into the cabin, but it also provides even more accessible stowage in the lazarette – a clear refinement from the Arcona 380. The Arcona 385 reflects the quality expected from Swedish boat builders using the latest materials, advanced techniques and handpicked suppliers. Her lay-up, which incorporates a 20mm Divinycell foam core, employs the latest vacuum infusion technology. All bulkheads are bonded to the hull and deck for added strength. In the Contest 49CS, our first twin aft-cabin yacht at this length, we have developed something new, different and yet reassuringly consistent with Contest credentials. A natural step up from the Contest 42CS, and equal new step into the Contest range for sailors preferring their master suite forward and family or guest cabins in the back. And what cabins these are, they’re huge for the 50ft (15.5m) sector. Yet still there’s a very impressive tender garage, spacious aft deck, and loads of storage throughout the cabins which enjoy the latest design-styling from the Wetzels Brown studio. It’s with naval architects judel/vrolijk & co’s balancing of modern topside height and max beam carried well aft, that this conventionally impossible scale of twin aft cabin arrangement with standing headroom throughout has been achieved. And with super performance, too, through the full spectrum of heavy and light weather. Dependable in handling and easy to control, sailing nine knots to windward at 30° apparent. And as with all Contest yachts, remarkably quiet below decks under sail and motor.
A work of true state-of-the-art nautical design, the perfect combination of wonder and amazement and an awe-inspiring blend of luxury and technology. With its futuristic materials and engines, the Pershing 9X is a revolutionary maxi coupé that merges the Pershing thrill with “X Generation” excellence to produce an unprecedented nautical experience.
A standout boat in so many ways, the Contest 52MC is a spectacularly effective design. Especially so as she is Contest Yachts’ first ever motorboat in this league. Achieving both with near unbelievable fuel economy. And defying the conventions of traditional planing, displacement and semi-displacement principles, each compromised as they are at one or other end of the performance curve. The joint creation of longstanding design partner Georg Nissen, acclaimed design-engineers Vripack, and the yard’s own in-house design team, the 52MC is also an unusually versatile design platform, available in Fastlane as well as Flybridge versions.
