And looking to environmental considerations, options include an all-electric propulsion system, renewable energy sources and teak deck replacement. This completely new and innovative design also brings not only huge leisure areas both forward and aft of the neatly planned inboard twin helms stations, but down below unusually spacious mirrored twin aft cabins, plus large master suite forward. It is a new scale of interior plan, with a three-cabin arrangement perfect for safe, performance family sailing. It also brings the benefits of space for a tender garage as well as a submersible bathing platform.

The 26-metre Contest 85CS clearly demonstrates the strengths in Contest Yachts’ long-term collaboration with world class designers judel/vrolijk & co and Wetzels Brown Partners. Designed for fast passage with powerful, practical, deep-ocean cruising capability, the Contest 85CS is easily sailed, managed and maintained by short-handed crew, and perfectly set both to sail the world and enjoy sailing’s high society. This is our first step into the fully crewed 80+ foot sector and is made in design partnership with celebrated German naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, combining their performance design expertise with our proven, innovative construction practices completed with Lloyds’ plan approval and hull certification. The Contest 85CS will provide for both distance cruising and regatta participation as well as very social sailing, extending the potential for performance cruising of both new and upsizing owners with comfortable capacity for up to ten guests in a customisable interior arrangement.

She is the fruit of the partnership between the Ferretti Group Product Strategy Committee and the Engineering department – the first Ferretti yacht with exterior design created with architect Filippo Salvetti, while the interiors are by our own in-house architects and designers. The standout feature among her is the optimal use of space, inside and out, assuring a perfect blend of conviviality and privacy for the owner and guests. The Ferretti Yachts 670 is actually a 67-footer (measuring 20.24 m), albeit with amenities typical of rather larger craft. This design philosophy emerges clearly in the layout: the standard version vaunts 3 generous cabins on the lower deck, and the imaginatively arranged master cabin has an antechamber that acts as a roomy study with writing desk, now an iconic element of this yacht.

Refined elegance with the same go anywhere, anytime potential. A true home from home, wherever and however. Across the yachting community, increasing emphasis is being placed on interior accommodation space and styling, and sadly sometimes to the detriment of safety and sea sense. That's never the case at Contest Yachts, and in the Contest 55CS we have gone to new lengths to show just how aesthetics and practicality really can make perfect partners. How for different types of ownership a yacht can be equally set to circle the world and still offer the very best of comfort and space whether lazing at anchor or plugged into marina life. And she’s a dry boat, her pronounced spray rails cascading the breaking water away.  The joint creation of longstanding design partner Georg Nissen, the well known boat engineering and designer company Vripack and the yard’s own in-house design team, the 52MC is also an unusually versatile performance platform, available in Flybridge and Open Sport eas well as Fastlane f versions. Interior layouts are customisable, too, building out of a raised saloon and two heads, three sleeping cabin standard plan.

This size has always been the pumping heart of Contest Yachts, with each model over the years most popular for the perfect balance of sailing ease, performance and onboard comforts. Two super suites and a third cabin option, yet still a yacht that can be sailed single-handed. The Contest 50CS is a yacht for all occasions, crossing oceans or leisurely lunching in an idyllic bay. And this new design from judel/vrolijk opens even more opportunity. Fair to say, the Contest 50CS resets the yard’s own gold standard at this length. How so? The advanced hull form optimises each of the three most key modern targets: performance up and down wind, stability for low angles of heel, and huge accommodation. This is all achieved in the most sea-safe and comfortable manner expected of a Contest, and with deck and cabin plans introducing for the first time at this size so much more of our larger yacht thinking. It is the perfect balance and looking to sustainability is offered with the option of electric propulsion, integrated photovoltaic solar panels and an alternative synthetic teak-style decking.

The Arcona 385 continues to uphold Arcona’s strong heritage of innovation and design excellence, using the finest materials and best craftsmanship without compromising on superior performance through the water. The Arcona 385 is a quick, lightweight and easy-to-manage 11.28m/38foot performance cruiser. Her predecessor, the Arcona 380, was launched in 2013 and has won many racing accolades. The new exterior styling of the Arcona 385 provides increased natural light in the saloon and galley due to the new larger hull windows and new larger coachroof windows. There is also a larger instrument panel above the companionway to incorporate larger instruments for the helm. The Arcona 385 will have an open transom as standard as not only does it allow more light into the cabin, but it also provides even more accessible stowage in the lazarette – a clear refinement from the Arcona 380. The Arcona 385 reflects the quality expected from Swedish boat builders using the latest materials, advanced techniques and handpicked suppliers. Her lay-up, which incorporates a 20mm Divinycell foam core, employs the latest vacuum infusion technology. All bulkheads are bonded to the hull and deck for added strength. At the heart of the boat is the galvanised steel cradle, taking all the dynamic loads of rig, mast, and keel, ensuring that the boat is strong, stiff and responsive. The side decks are wide and the cockpit is spacious with plenty of room for crew, family and friends. There are twin carbon wheels and the cockpit table is recessed into the cockpit floor. Arcona yacht interiors feature consistently high-quality woodwork and practical storage designs in clever locations. The generous saloon has been carefully thought out for optimum entertaining purposes. Taking in the full 3.8m beam of the yacht, there is plenty of space around the saloon table and she has a spacious galley. The Arcona 385 has three cabins as standard however the option of two cabins with a separate shower is also available. The Arcona 435 epitomises the characteristics of a very comfortable fast family cruiser and a racing yacht, without making any compromises. She is both safe and stable with laminated bulkheads and Arcona’s galvanised steel girder. She is a joy to sail as she responds quickly to trim input and doesn’t weigh more than 8900kg. The Arcona 435 can also be specified with carbon hull, deck and spars which reduces her weight further. Deliveries to date span full carbon rig with Park Lane boom and 3Di moulded sails to alloy spars and vertically battened Vectra with in-mast furling. She is the fruit of a partnership between our Product Strategy Committee and the Engineering department – the second yacht with external design by Salvetti and Ferretti Group, with interiors by our own architects and designers. The spacious master cabin echoes the play of colours and materials that grace the main deck, in a peerless private setting that’s a joy to discover.The minimalist yet detailed design provides a continual counterpoint to the walk-in wardrobe and the grand bathroom, where the smoked-glass inserts and functionality of form are in tune with current trends. The winning style of this desirable new model is based on a blend of contrasting textures. The striped ceiling, the ribbed surface of the walls, the grid-pattern headboards and the lounge furniture’s oblique-stripe motif play off one another in a profound natural harmony. The Arcona 415 is equipped with a Yanmar 3JH40C x SD60-5-223S as standard and can be upgraded to a diesel 4JH45C x SD60-5-223S. The Arcona 415 can also be upgraded to an Oceanvolt Servoprop 15kW electric propulsion system, with variable pitch propeller technology and comes with a 23.2kWh* battery pack. A 15kW electric motor is the equivalent of a 50hp diesel engine on our 40-43ft yachts.
