Available now 98' x 38' aluminum power catamaran.
Accommodations Barge catamaran. Fully self contained with Air, Septic System, Water Maker, Direct TV, Internet, Full Galley with commercial appliances, Two Bathrooms and Showers, Living, Dining, Laundry, Lockers, Sleeps 16. Huge back deck. Very comfortable, recently remodeled and renovated. Great for working offshore, crews love the boat. Great boat for working jobs where accommodations are either expensive or not available. Reefer container and two storage containers shown are NOT included.
The craft is registered as pleasure, not commercial, right now. It is strictly being used as accommodations for crew, but can easily be converted to suit any needs.
It can be registered as commercial when purchased. Would have to obtain the COI which would be easier than some boats. The boat is aluminum and in good condition. It has newer radar and electronics. It was built in 1974 so would not need a ABS Load line certificate or inspection.
She is a catamaran, 98’ long by 38’ wide and very stable. Sleeps 16. Fully self contained. Two showers, 3 toilets, laundry, kitchen, dining, living and more.
