Engine has been completely updated by a certified Volvo Penta dealer. Teak in excellent shape. This boat has always been well maintained, and I am the original owner. Take a look at her!! Clean, very well-maintained Chris Craft Crowne 30-foot power cruiser yacht. Well-equipped spacious, cruiser yacht. Twin Volvo Penta 5.7 V8 Engines totaling 520 horsepower. Recent maintenance includes (2025) replacing spark plugs on both engines, both carburetors were removed, cleaned, and rebuilt. Replaced Port engine in 2021 which has only 20 hours on it. Also replaced manifolds, risers, carburetor, alternator, distributor, spark plugs, wires, shift cables and (2024) replaced fuel pump. Starboard engine (2025) replaced exhaust manifolds, risers, elbows and related gaskets and clamps. (2024) replaced raw water pump. Installed carburetor, intake manifold, alternator, spark plugs, wires, and numerous miscellaneous upgrades. We have receipts on all repairs and upgrades made by us. (2020) Relaced full burgundy canvass top, rear cover, and upgraded to fully removable Strata-glass windows. All cockpit seats were completely reupholstered plus added brand new sun deck pads for the front bow area. There are plenty of seats and spacious rear swim platform with fold down ladder. Boat includes Garmin Echo GPS, Windlass operational anchor system, Inverter, battery charger, CB radio, AM FM Stereo with four speakers. Spacious enclosed cabin area includes a galley kitchen with single burner cooktop, fully operational sink with hot/cold water, microwave, mini fridge, storage cabinets and bar area. Large table that seats at least 8 and turns into a king-sized bed when dropped down. Plenty of storage via removable seats/cushions around the table too. Has a full head (bathroom that you can stand up in) with separate sink and shower (hot and cold water). Also has a lower-level separate room (has door) with full sized bed, storage bench and small closet.

Our family has enjoyed and lovingly cared for "Skimmer" over the past few years although we are now on the hunt for something we can sleep over on. This classic boat is perfect for sightseeing around Newport harbor, anchoring at Mackerel Cove, or for a cocktail cruise wherever the golden hour takes you. The fiberglass shiplap nods towards a nostalgia, but without the hassle of maintaining a wooden hull. The Lewmar windlass makes anchoring a breeze, even with a toddler in tow. The Mercruiser engine (366 hours) gives off a roar that lets everyone know you're taking off. The gleaming Chris Craft emblem is your own slice of Americana. While most people would not get a survey done for a 22' inboard, we were cautious buyers and had a full survey done by Jim Hilton before purchase. The deck has some soft spots and the cushion on top of the cooler is falling apart (the other one is pretty good). But we have done: - Regular maintenance (changing of fluids, zincs, filters, spark plugs, etc.) - New batteries - New starter - Varnish professionally done - Fresh bottom paint - Added outlet to console for solar panel - Moved battery switch from under hatches in the bow (pain to make people move out of the way) to in the console Comes with an unregistered trailer and a dignified head nod from every guy over 70 that you'll pass on the water.
