Description
45 years old and it doesn't show
Solid boat, built with criteria of absolute quality and a robustness that is perceived at first glance.
Balsa sandwich construction for topsides and deck, with internal structure in fiberglass (floorboards and beams) resin-coated and gusseted to the hull.
The lead bulb is equipped with an internal stainless steel structure, bolted to the hull on stainless steel plates: a set of great structural reliability.
In 2010, a complete refit was carried out:
• renovated interior,
• total overhaul of the engine,
• new mast and rigging,
• renewed electrical system,
• anti-osmosis treatment with West System.
Subsequent maintenance and upgrades:
• Engine, turbine, riser, and starter overhaul in 2022
• New solar panel
• Boat always maintained with care: the owner, a shipyard owner, has always personally carried out the winter haul-out.
