Meet "MOJO," a Jeanneau NC 1095, the flagship of the NC line. MOJO was built in 2019 but not fitted with engines and launched until 2021 (due to Covid). MOJO is in mint condition, with full maintenance reports and nearly $100k of "extras" you'll love, including a remote joy stick for docking (DockMate). At 35 feet, the NC 1095 is the perfect family cruiser, ideal for a weekend away or simply a day on the water. Like all Jeanneaus, the NC 1095 has been designed for life underway and includes some clever features like recessed side decks allowing for safe movement about the boat with easy access to the helm. A large L-shaped lounge comfortably fits a large group and easily converts into a large lounging area. Large transom platforms on either side of the outboard engines make boarding safe and easy. To fully enjoy life on the water, the forward sundeck, with its lifting backrests, provides additional living space while on deck. The interior of the NC 1095, with its opening sunroofs and large windows in the hull, allows for plenty of natural lighting. A nicely appointed owner’s cabin forward, complete with a large center-line bed, easy access to head and shower, two overhead hatches, and long windows down each side, greatly enhance the overall comfort for the master of the ship. The guest cabin to port rounds out this truly liveable interior, allowing two guests to enjoy the fun in total comfort. A third cabin to starboard can be utilized as either an additional double berth or additional storage, which is always in high demand.
