Description
Nordcantieri Mania 35 of 1972 Sangermani project berths 5+2 forward cabin with two V-shaped beds connected by a triangle, separate bathroom, dinette convertible into two extendable beds, with kitchenette, + navigator's berth height 1.93, in the cable under the cockpit behind the table of the caarteggio floor. Original sails to be redone Mainsail (furling) Genoa Tormentina, Jennaker (2022) Spinnaker (semi-new). Original light genoa with garrocci, sail area 68sqm, synthetic teak in cockpit to be glued. two-bladed propeller. New packing November 2023. Last dry dock September 2024.

Safety certificate renewed in June 2024, valid until June 2029, navigation without limits. Current defects: partially re-capped flexiteak. Missing VHF antenna Delmar, winch in the cockpit blocked.
