Nordic Season is a Finnish design and originated from two professional companies that together have more than 20 years of knowledge in building ships combined with technology and experience in building houses.

The houseboats are developed according to Finnish standards. Sturdy, solid, good sailing, and resistant to harsh winters. The floats are made of polyethylene with a notch at the bottom for better grip on the water while sailing. The frame is built from aluminum, making the houseboat easy and light to sail. The sideboards (optional) make sailing much safer than standard houseboats of this size.
The use of natural materials and beautiful Finnish wood gives this boat a warmth and coziness that you won't find anywhere else.

Also available for electric sailing and self-sufficient. The visualization you see is a Nordic 36 special design, CE-C.
In Category CE-C, it is wider and taller, the width of the boat is not 420 cm but 495 cm.

For construction, sustainability and environmentally friendly production are paramount. The houseboats are produced from sustainable materials such as Finnish thermowood. A non-toxic natural product that, due to the waterborne impregnating agents, lasts a very long time and comes with a long warranty. All materials used are recyclable. You have the choice of ECO or EVO. The ECO living module has a wooden structure with a wooden deck, and EVO has the GFC composite structure with a WPC deck for a small additional cost.

The houseboats from Nordic Season are designed to meet the basic needs of a client, equipped with a sauna as an option / or storage space. It further consists of a fully equipped kitchen/bedroom and bathroom. The layout of the boat can be adjusted to the customer's wishes.
The boats can be ordered in different sizes, with or without a sauna and many extra options. If you do not choose a sauna, a large bedroom can be created in the living room.

The walls, ceiling, and floors are well insulated.
The windows are standard in an aluminum frame, but PVC can also be chosen as an option.

Steering console (in the living module) with a mechanical steering system, plastic steering wheel, electric control panel with identification labels for navigation lights, a compass, a 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, a cabinet for electrical fuses with a DIN rail.

Electrical installation: LED lighting in the living module and on the aft deck, switches, waterproof 230-volt shore connection, 230-volt sockets, a set of electrical fuses, and a residual current device, electrical wiring for 230 volts and 12-24 volts.
Hot tap water system: tankless gas boiler with connections and fastening materials.

Equipment for bow and stern deck: impregnated non-slip terrace board of Nordic spruce (brown); stainless steel railing for bow and stern 2 mm (diameter 42.4 mm), stainless steel cable; aluminum cleats 4 pieces; stainless steel ladder with 3 steps (width 168 mm).
Navigation lights; pole light 24 V; electric horn 24 V, a flagpole with a base.
Stern cabinets: service column for filling and draining; cabinet for gas bottles and tankless gas boiler.
