Springer 35FT Steel Narrowboat 'DUCKS NEST'

Here we have 'Ducks Nest', reportedly a 35ft all-steel narrowboat, built in the style of Springer Engineering in circa. 1970/80. Powered by an Isuzu 3-cylinder inboard diesel engine, which appears to be well maintained at a glance. The engine however, is not in commission, and has the starter motor lying loose adjacent and the PRM 120 mechanical gearbox lying in the accommodation space.

When these boats are removed from the canals, we receive nothing other than a sparsely populated 'valuation report' on the vessel. As a result, please note that we cannot guarantee the condition of the engine, gearbox, or indeed the hull of the vessel. Having said that, the vessel was recovered from the water when floating and has been stored on hard standing since, so we have no reason to believe that the hull may be compromised. We encourage any buyer to conduct a survey on the boat should they have any reservations. The boat is being sold as seen.
